We used Birchfields for our micro wedding this past October. Steve had done one of my good friends' weddings a few years back and I knew he would not disappoint. He is so talented, has a calming presence and knows how to capture the best shots. We got our photos back so quickly and they are all so dreamy and we cannot stop looking at them and reliving our perfect day. Steve takes the time to get to know the couple and makes sure the couple's wants and needs are addressed. He exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot wait to get our video footage back! Highly recommend hiring Steve as your photographer. His prices are completely reasonable and he will not disappoint, a true artist!

We worked with Steven as our wedding videographer and he did a wonderful job. He worked with us on what we wanted our wedding video to be, what we wanted to capture, etc. He worked as a one-man-show for us and did great. We are happy to be reliving our wedding day videos forever!

Steve is the absolute BEST! We hired him for our engagement photos, our small pandemic wedding, and finally our big wedding reception last weekend :) Not only is Steve is incredibly talented and takes breathing photos, he is also a pleasure to be around, which is important on a day like a wedding day that can otherwise be stressful. We cannot recommend Birchfields enough!

We are so happy we were able to have Steve be our wedding videographer! We initially weren't sure if we wanted one or not, but realized we really wanted to have our ceremony and speeches professionally filmed. Steve walked us through his different packages and explained all the different options - and was incredibly flexible. We asked if we could change our package with about 10 days left before the wedding, and he readily obliged. We felt super comfortable and at ease throughout the times he was filming, and appreciate how easy going he was to work with. He even created a short, trailer-type film for us hours after our wedding was over, which was so awesome to have right away. Could not recommend him enough!

I am SO grateful to Steve from Birchfields for capturing our spring 2017 wedding on Long Island in such a beautiful way! I hadn't originally planned on hiring a videographer because I never liked going to weddings and seeing massive black cameras in my face, however, less than a year before our wedding I had a change of heart and I knew I would want to relive footage from the big day. Steve was actually a referral of one of our photographer's referrals and after viewing the wedding videos on his website we were so relieved to learn he was available for our date. I also loved that he created all of the music in his videos because it made it so much more personal than 99% of the wedding videos you see nowadays.

I was a self-proclaimed OCD bride, worrying about every minute detail of our wedding, but oddly enough I was never worried about Birchfields and I didn't even meet Steve until the day OF our wedding! He was so friendly and warm, with a super calming energy that made me and my bridesmaids forget we were being filmed!

Steve got to our venue early and took some gorgeous aerial shots of the grounds with his drone! We were blessed with an absolutely gorgeous spring day weather-wise and I'm lucky to be able to go back to how I was feeling that morning by watching the videos he put together for us. Steve gave us the BEST surprise during the first night of our honeymoon when he shared an absolutely stunning 45 second video of our wedding on Instagram (it was also featured on Style Me Pretty)! We are so very appreciative to Steve for being so awesome to work with and for delivering beautiful videos beyond our expectations!

I cannot believe I am the first review for Birchfields !! If I could give more then five stars I would ! We used Steven for our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, wedding photos and videographer services.
He was totally flexible, very responsive and very easy to talk to.
He drove to DC for engagement photos and to Berryville for our wedding events !
He provided us with some immediate photos on Instagram and via email and I cannot wait to get the rest :)
His wedding videos are amazing ! He was much better then others in the area for BOTH quality and price.
I highly recommend Steven for your video/photo needs !
