The organizer and chef are fantastic! We have been members for years and knew I had to get married here. The interior has been completely redone and the grounds are beautiful.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Biltmore CC. Not only did we have our wedding at Biltmore but I have also attended a wedding at Biltmore and in both instances, the food, service, atmosphere and overall quality were simply fantastic. Pat and her team know exactly what they're doing and were the absolute best to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day-of. Also, Biltmore recently underwent a BEAUTIFUL redesign, which has given the club a nice modern (less country club-y) vibe. Plus, if you have an outdoor wedding, you have the bonus of all the gorgeous flowers/landscaping throughout. Overall, we could not be happier with how everything turned out.
Note: my parents are members at Biltmore and we were able to reserve the entire club for our wedding so we had 100% of the wait staff on our wedding night, which made things even THAT much better.

We could not have been more pleased with the venue! I did not have a specific "day of coordinator" so I had left it up to Pat and the staff at Biltmore to help my vision come true- and they did just that! I walked in and everything was exactly how I had asked it to be! I kept hearing all night how impressed people were with the venue. Recent updates to the club are beautiful and fresh, and it's neutral tones are a lovely background to any color palate you might choose! If the weather is accommodating, there is indoor and outdoor space that could be used for cocktail hour, etc. Food is all in house so it is easy to work with the chef and staff to get what you are looking for. The grounds and landscaping are stunning! We ended up deciding to take almost all our pictures there. I 100% recommend this venue!

Pat and her staff were the absolute best. Everything was absolutely perfect. The newlly renovated ballroom was gorgeoua, the food amazing and the service second to none.

We just had our wedding at the Biltmore Country Club in North Barrington. We were late in planning a wedding but the Biltmore made it so easy! Everyone at the Club was very professional and accommodating - I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is. They handled everything so that we could enjoy our day stress-free. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the Club is. There is a great outdoor area, a beautiful bar, and the main room is fabulously decorated including fireplaces.

Biltmore CC is a hidden gem located in North Barrington. It's a private country club, but they do host weddings for non-members (my husband and I are not members). There are a few reasons why the Biltmore was the most perfect place to host my wedding. First of all, the food is absolutely incredible. Our main dish was a chicken piccata with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and peppers. My guests could not stop raving about the food. The service was also incredible. The food came out all at once and the chicken was still tender. In addition to a wonderful staff, the club manager, Bill Duy is a dream to work with. He truly understands how to run a classy event. I did not have a wedding planner, but I honestly didn't need one, because Bill is so on top of things and was the perfect person to run the show. Last, but not least, one of the main reasons I love Biltmore CC is the the beauty of the clubhouse and golf course. The clubhouse is situated on rolling green hills (it does not feel like you are in Illinois!) with the most beautiful bright flowers I have ever seen. It was the perfect backdrop for our photos. Our guests also got to enjoy the beauty of the grounds, during cocktail hour, and then the main dining room overlooks the grounds during the reception. My wedding day was the best day of my life and a lot of that is due to choosing Biltmore for my reception.

A side note: My husband and I paid for our entire wedding ourselves, so we were very money conscious, but we still wanted a classy event. Even though this is a country club, they were priced very reasonably. My family said it looked like a million dollar wedding for a tiny sliver of the cost.

Biltmore Country Club in North Barrington, Illinois is breathtakingly beautiful. The entire staff was so professional and well organized. The food was incredible and not like any "wedding" food that I have had before. Our guest had a selection of beef tenderloin, Alaskan halibut or a vegetarian dish. Each meal tasted like you had ordered if off a menu, and not like a pre-made meal that had been sitting in a warmer for 2 hours. I would highly recommend Bill Duy and his entire staff for a special event like our wedding. Everything was 1000% more perfect than I could have ever imagined.
