Craig and the crew at Billingsgate were the perfect match for our Sunday brunch wedding by the sea. On day one we told Craig that all we knew is that we wanted french toast at our wedding and from there he put together the perfect menu for us complete with cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and made to order omelet station! His staff was friendly and professional and even made sure that we got food brought over to us while taking post ceremony pictures. With one month left leading up the wedding we had to make changes due to dietary restrictions and Craig went over and above to make sure that everything was suitable for all the guests. A direct quote from one of our guests, "I'm so happy with everything that is on my plate right now!"

Billingsgate was perfect for our daughter's wedding. The food was spectacular and the staff was professional and provided gr at service.

Their food is delicious! And their staff if wonderful. They catered by son's wedding and I can't say enough great things about them. They were very helpful with the menu and with ideas for the bar. Great people to work with!

Craig and Billingsgate catered our 12 Sep 2015 wedding for 130 people and I am so happy i used them! From the beginning, he was flexible with menu choices and transparent with his pricing. He provides as little or as much as you want (bartenders, staff, table clothes,etc.) so h is able to work with differing budgets! He hires very experienced, professional, and kind staff. I had so many guests comment that is what the best meal they had ever had at a wedding and I agree, exceptional!
