I can’t say enough good things about White Apron as the caterer for our wedding. The food and the service on the day of was unbelievably amazing. Our wedding was tented on the ocean and a kitchen had to be built, which they executed flawlessly.
Not only was the experience on the wedding day wonderful, but our family still talks about the day of our tasting. Jay and his team made it a one of a kind experience. I have never written a review in my life but I feel compelled to this time. White apron catered my daughter’s Maine wedding September 14 and 2 weeks later we are still getting text and calls raving about the food. The reception was in a field with a catering tent- challenging dynamics to say the least. These people somehow managed to beautifully present the best tasting food I have ever had. How they prepared and presented perfect steak and lobster I will never understand. This is not “wedding food”
There are so much selections to be made when planning a wedding. Let me assure you that this one is easy. Just book them. SO GOOD

The White Apron catered our ~160 person wedding this past August and we could not have been happier with how the food turned out, everything was so good! It was an absolute pleasure working with Jay, Victoria and the entire White Apron team. Jay is an absolute pro and helped us design our menu and passed apps. We consistently have been told from our guests that this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.

Choosing The White Apron to cater our August 2023 wedding turned out to be one of the BEST decisions we made! Before I get to the food, let me tell you how seamless and smooth the entire process was from beginning to end. From the day that I first reached out to The White Apron, I felt like I was a VIP client receiving white glove service. That level of service remained consistent until even after our wedding day. We actually booked The White Apron before we did a food tasting because of their tremendous reputation and service. The entire staff is incredible, but I have to tell you that Victoria is a superstar. Victoria was our main contact through the entire planning process, and out of every vendor we worked with for our wedding (10+ vendors), Victoria was the nicest, most reliable, and most helpful of all of them. She truly went above and beyond to answer all my questions quickly and thoroughly, from inquiries about pricing and contract language to details on food flavors and preparation. She is amazing! Now, let me tell you about the food. We did our tasting with Chef Jay and knew right away that our wedding menu was going to be fantastic. Chef Jay was incredibly nice and approachable, and the food we tasted was exquisite. On our wedding day, everything from the raw bar to the passed apps, the entrees, and even the mini desserts were so delicious! The presentation of everything was also beautiful. I’ve received numerous comments from our guests that the food was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding (and outside a wedding!). I really can’t say enough good things about The White Apron. I highly recommend booking them for your upcoming wedding!

Couldn't have gone smoother. Very professional, absolutely delicious, excellent communicators, Cleanliness was out of this world--would have never known they were at our house, fed a lively crowd of 165 cocktail style and never ran out of supplies. Wonderful friendly staff. THE BEST!

As the title states everything was absolutely incredible! Working with the team at White Apron was super easy and we were planning from out of town. They were flexible with menu planning and helped us with any special requests. On top of that the food was exceptional! Our guests are still talking about how good everything was! I still dream about this food sometimes! Definitely check them out! Thank you White Apron team for making our day perfect!

Thrilled that we picked White Apron for our wedding- they did a wonderful job and everyone is still raving about the food. We’re big foodies and love cooking so our expectations were high but White Apron still exceeded them. White Apron worked with us for our welcome dinner and wedding celebration the following day and executed both perfectly. Friday night some guests arrived late and the White Apron were able to bring out the extra food for them. The bartenders were excellent and enthusiastic about our collection of speciality whiskeys that we can picked for the event. Victoria was SO amazing with all the planning, I can’t count how many e-mails and calls we exchanged. She was always so prompt and helpful. White Apron was extremely accommodating to very specific dietary needs for my husband’s family and some additional guests. One guest who is celiac said they never ate so well at any formal event- they were able to make modifications and the food was held to the same standard as the rest of the guests. We appreciated their help in menu selection process, their attention to detail and the kindness of all of their staff. Truly a pleasure to work with your team and thank you for making our wedding so magical! Would definitely use White Apron again for any events.

I am a restauranteur, and most of our wedding guests work in the catering and hospitality industry, so we are very observant and a tough crowd to please. Jay, Liz, and The White Apron Team blew us away. They were professional, organized, efficient, accomodating, competent, and the food was terrific. They set up and broke down our hired items without me even noticing and packed leftovers away for us to take home (they were all eaten later that evening). It is hard to create and serve hot restaurant quality food to a large group with varying timelines, such as weddings, but The White Apron achieved it for us. All of our guests commented on the excellent service and on how much they enjoyed their dinner. Highly, highly recommend.

I loved working with White Apron for my wedding. My husband's brother also used them for their wedding. They worked with us on pricing and checked in with us frequently to make sure our ducks were in a row. Their level of detail was exceptional. I loved that the catering coordinator and head chef personally came up to my husband and I at the end of the night to say their goodbyes and ask if anything else was needed. Very nice touch. Best of all the food was great (even for wedding food)!

Our wedding coordinator advised us to hire The White Apron when we said that we wanted our COVID-era backyard-wedding to be a lobster bake. She said that if anyone could make a lobster bake 'classy', and work around ever-changing state regulations and federal recommendations- The White Apron could. And boy did they. TWA prepared a few different proposals for us so that we could know what the cost would be if they were allowed to do full service, or if they were only allowed to make the food and leave and then a combo of the two- since we had no way of knowing what the rules would be come wedding time. It was nice to know that they were willing to work with us either way, and be flexible.
The food was beyond amazing (just reading the menu when we received the proposals made our mouths water) and we even got to eat it for the next few days as they packaged up all the leftovers for us! Woo. Much appreciated.
The staff were so pleasant and easygoing, and clearly enjoyed their jobs. They also followed all COVID precautions by wearing masks and even serving the buffet style dishes for us so that they were the only ones touching the serving utensils.
I would highly recommend The White Apron for your wedding.
