Came here based on a recommendation from one of my bridesmaids and such a wonderful experience with Leslie. She quickly figured out what made me comfortable and confident in a dress and we couldn't believe how quickly we found the one! She was great to work with while I was abroad on deployment and while we were unable to do our alterations with their team (due to deployment extension) they were a dream to work with.

The entire process with Bijou was exactly what I would wish for anybody. From the second I walked in, I couldn't take my eyes off a beautiful blush pink ballgown with unique horsehair trim -- perfect for me. But it was a bit over my budget. They told me they'd let me buy the dress off the rack at my budget price, so I tried it on and fell in love like I knew I would. A huge selling point for me was the flat-rate cost of alterations. I needed the dress shortened, bustled, the built-in belt removed, and straps added on, and it was all covered in the $350 and done perfectly. When I picked up my dress I mentioned that I was flying to mainland to get married and they packed it up in a tote bag for me to carry it onto the plane easily. I had a great experience with them and definitely recommend.

I bought a gorgeous dress at a very reasonable price. The ladies at the shop flexed their schedule to fit mine, the alterations were done well/quickly, and they did not try to upsell me or pressure me into trying on something I did not ask for.

I got my wedding dress from their shop during COVID and they went above and beyond to make sure I got my dress for my wedding and that all the alterations were perfect! Thank you so much for helping me find my perfect dress!

I’ve had experiences at some national chain bridal salons and there is just no comparison. Bijou is so helpful, attentive and wonderful. They held my dress until the day before the wedding, steamed my veil even though it wasn’t from them, and put me at complete ease. The alterations cost was a flat rate and I wasn’t overcharged for anything. Incredibly fair prices and incredible service!

Finding your wedding dress can be challenging but with the support of family and the help of hardworking employees you can find that perfect dress! I went to multiple boutiques and stores on the Island and did not find anything UNTIL I went to Bijou Bridal. One of their employees suggested this dress; when at first look it didn't look like something I would wear, but once I tried it on I fell in love. She opened my eyes to try on something that I would least expect to love and I’m so happy that she did. From alterations to the final piece I am 100% satisfied with everything! Mahalo Bijou Bridal!

Had a great time here! They were so helpful and really listened to what i was interested in. I do not wear dresses so i had no idea what style or anything of that matter i was interested in. They brought me a bunch of different styles and within 1 hour i was able to find the perfect dress. She really listened to what i liked about certain dresses and what i didn't like and continued to narrow it down. Most of all i loved that she was honest. If i was on the fence about a dress feature she gave her honest opinion of what complimented my body and what did not. She was not so firm as to not allow me to try something she advised against. rather she helped me to really understand what she was referring to by comparing. They have amazing deals if you are looking for you whole wedding party's attire. We spent 1/4th of what we were expecting to on our entire party. I could not be happier.

You will need to make an appointment to see them and an hour and a half was perfect for us. We went once for the girls and once for the guys. Due to being very decisive we were lucky they allowed us to quickly throw some bride maid's dresses on out girls and still stay true to our 1-1/2 hour apt. The boys took the whole 1-1/2 hours which was great since they were all looking to purchase a suit that they would use for future event after the wedding as well.

The dresses at Bijou were beautiful! I instantly fell in love with many. Great selection and wonderful service. Leslie was fantastic!

A little background story. My mom wanted me to do the typical Chinese tradition of having 3 dresses. We knew two were going to be white and the last one was going to be red. It worked out fine since my mom and I had different ideas of what type of dress I should wear. I wanted a princess ball gown and she amazingly wanted a fitted sexy dress. Well I compromised by saying the ceremony dress will be the ball gown and the second reception dress would be the fitted one. Bijou was our 6th shop we went too. Mainly because my mom and I could not agree on anything. It was either the straps weren't right or there was no rushing. Also we realized that most bridal shops didn't have a seamstress at hand. They mostly hire third party seamstresses. Leslie at Bijou is the manager and the lead seamstress. So whatever you wanted she could pretty much show you. Also the dresses there were gorgeous. It hit all the marks of what I wanted and what my mom wanted. A plus was it is very spacious and it felt like a bridal boutique on tv. Leslie and Pauline were not at all pushy. I had a veil I was borrowing from my Maid of Honor and they pretty much said that one matched better than any of their veils in their store. I love their honesty which is hard in a business where it's easy for them to push to make a sale. We also bought the groomsmen suits there. And they were willing to do the alterations on the tux my fiancé bought and the third dress I bought from another store. Amazing experience.
