I used Big Day Service for my October 2016 wedding and they were great! I'm an out of town bride, so making sure that my big day run smoothly was imperative for me. I used their day-of coordination services. I worked with Celia in ensuring that my timeline and the details of my decorations were put together cohesively. About a couple of month and half into our wedding, Celia had a family emergency. At first, I was a bit nervous about what would happened, but after meeting Celia's assistants, Chacy and Andy, (who would be taking over) I was assured that everything would be fine. Chacy did an amazing job in guiding us through our wedding rehearsal as well as executing everything on our big day. She ensured that we followed our timeline, had a chance to eat, and was able to get everything set-up on time. It was a big task considering that we sort of had a DIY wedding with many different vendors, but Chacy did a wonderful job.

Celia is amazing! She has a natural talent for esthetics. She helped fit all the pieces together to help us express our character and made it even classier. We loved her backdrops, floral arrangements, and decor. I wish I found her before booking our caterers. She would have found someone to fit our style better. She kept us on track with her detailed timeline on our wedding day and took care of all the hiccups. Overall, everybody loved how she transformed our venue to be classy, romantic, and fun!

Celia was amazing from our very first encounter. After easily submitting a request for a quote through her website, she quickly responded via email and we set up a phone call for a quick consultation. From this first positive impression, I decided to set up an in-person interview to meet with her at her gorgeous shop in San Francisco. She is so easy to talk to, funny, personable and provided her experienced tips and suggestions to make our wedding day even better!
We hired Celia as our day of coordinator, decoration services, and floral services and she and her team did an amazing job at all 3!! As our day of coordinator, she came to our initial walkthrough of the venue and helped plan our day of timeline and reception table seating layout. She also reviewed all of our vendor contracts and got in touch with all of our vendors to ensure everyone knew what time and where to set up. She also helped coordinate our ceremony and grand entrance rehearsal, which was helpful so everyone knew where to stand and what to do! For the day of, her and her assistant, Chacy, ensured that all of our decorations were set up as I had wanted including the ceremony flowers, table numbers, and pictures that I had made for the reception. Celia also helped us serve the tea for our Chinese tea ceremony.

For the decoration and floral services, she provided a wonderful package that included sweetheart table decorations and linens, reception table decorations and linens, a gorgeous custom backdrop with 2 uplights, cake floral decorations with real flowers, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, mother corsages and boutonnieres.

Overall, Celia is an amazing coordinator and provides excellent decoration services! Take a look at her website and portfolio and you will be amazed at all her beautiful backdrops and decorations. Her team is wonderful and it definitely made my Big Day the best day ever! =)

I don't even know where to begin to say that Celia was the literally the person who leads a team to pull off magic of immense proportions. Literally, from months out, Celia has everything already planning in great detail of what our dream wedding would be like. Every minute of the day, she was there before that minute even happened to make sure things were done right. Here is a small recap of our situation to let you as the reader understand why we say the things we say about her. First of all, we live out of state. We went back to SF bc that's where we're from. So we didn't travel to SF to meet her until the day before. She emailed, texted, called, etc. to make sure every detail was proper. She gave us a detailed listing of everything that she had planned out for us. To comment on a previous review from someone else - people don't normally give out vendor info unless you're committed to their services, and even then, it's their relations with the vendors that make her special. So why would anyone give out their trade secrets? So, after we found her, she worked with on all aspects of the day. So we did a part Western, part Chinese wedding. Details on differences were addressed, brought to our attention, and even had better suggestions that what we could think of. On top of that, whatever we forgot to bring, or have, she either had it with her in her backup kit, or she sent her assistants to get it. It was utterly perfect. Every single penny of her services was great. Finally, she was able to work with us with more videographers, worked with our personal photographers, etc. I can't believe that she doesn't charge more. When you meet people like Celia, she not only keeps everything running smooth, you want to give her more bc you know she deserves it. Last but not least, bc of the way she handled everything, it made our honeymoon that much more enjoyable. We were able to talk about how wonderful things went instead of, "oh, we should have done this, or done that
