Welcome to the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center, a premier wedding venue in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. We are located on the scenic banks of the Fox River just a short distance from restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more.
Facilities and Capacity
We offer several modern spaces to host your wedding events. The newly renovated Athearn Ballroom is located on the first floor of our Hotel with beautiful modern chandeliers, and can accommodate up to 200 guests. The South Half is a modern space in the attached Oshkosh Convention Center, with gorgeous natural light and stunning views of the river, that can accommodate up to 400 guests. The North Half is another modern space in the Oshkosh Convention Center with seating for up to 400 guests. Looking for an outdoor ceremony? Have your wedding at our on-site Riverside Park on the banks of the Fox River. Our charming lawn space accommodates up to 250 seated guests.
Services Offered
We can host your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. Our services include guest rooms, in-house baker, event planning, in-house catering, lighting and sound, bridal suite, set up and clean up, event rentals and more. When you rent out our facility for your wedding events, we include professionally trained staff, all necessary dinnerware, round tables, auxiliary tables, white or ivory linens, cloth napkins in a variety of colors, table skirts, head table on risers, piping and drape, podium for guest book, dance floor, stage for band or DJ, complimentary wedding night in hotel, complimentary champagne toast for head table and room for a rehearsal dinner or gift opening. Our experienced event planners work with you to plan a flawless day that flows seamlessly from one event to the next. We help you choose the event space and functional layout, coordinate with vendors and more. Our hotel offers overnight accommodations for you and your guests, with views of the Fox River and Lake Winnebago. Each room features quality amenities.
Cuisine
We offer full-service catering, both on-site and off-site. Our amazing culinary staff can create anything from a gourmet five course meal to an informal buffet or plated dinner. Our catering team works with you to create custom menus for all your wedding events. Catering services include:

Simply the best!
Then the day of the wedding finally arrives!
Everything was set up perfectly, we started with photos taken outside by the riverfront, then moved inside for the open bar. The bartenders were the best, no one waited for a drink and the drinks were perfectly made. The plated meal was served promptly, everyone said their meals were very tasty, hot and filling. More than a few times someone from the staff would check in to make sure everything was going as planned. The entire evening was better than we could have ever imagined!
We also booked rooms for all our family members to stay at the hotel, something we wanted to be able to do for them, since many had to drive almost an hour to get here. David took care of all of the room reservations as well as making sure they all received our welcome package.
Overall this was an amazing experience and while I know there is a terrific staff working with David Helgeson, I cannot remember all of their names, but we will never forget everything they did to make our day special!
