Bess did a phenomenal job on our cake. We requested a custom Steampunk themed cake that was covered in fondant. Bess is a true artist! The cake itself was DELICIOUS! Our chocolate cake had three layers, each with a different filling: strawberries, bananas & cookies & cream. Each was delectable. She even made a special one year anniversary cake top, on my request, so my husband could have his carrot cake. The cake was one of the highlights of the day. People still talk about it almost three years later!
