I searched high and low for a good cake bakery and was having a hard time. I am half Swedish, and there was a part of me that had always wanted to have a princess cake at my wedding - it wasn't a requirement per say, but something that I'd hoped for. My mother and I came to visit Berolina and tried the princess cake and OH MY GOSH - SO DELICIOUS!!! But they make more than the standard princess cake and you can customize with all sorts of amazing flavors. Everything is tremendously fresh and clean and delicious. Simply the most delicious cake you will ever taste! The whipped cream is as light as air, and the various fruit fillings are to die for. And the marzipan? Absolute perfection! Their cakes are worth every penny and will not disappoint!
