We didn't even know the videographer was there the day of our wedding! They were very flexible with any requests we wanted both to the contract and to our video. Great company to work with.

Bellevue Productions produces an amazing final product!!! Bob was great leading up to the wedding and took the time to speak with us on the phone regarding any questions we had. He also wanted to know everything we had planned for the big day. On the day of the wedding he was great and very professional! Because of him we actually have one of the most amazing pictures and an incredible memory of a special moment that we would not have had if he had not asked us to go and stand near the bonfire with the amazing sunset behind us. Our photographer followed him and took that picture. Again would not have had that without him!

After the wedding we had some difficulty communicating with Bob. We were lead to believe we would get our DVD's within 6 months from our wedding date. We tried emailing and calling and the response time was not great. However, we did get everything and it was under 1 year (which made us very happy) from our wedding date and let me just tell you it was worth the wait!! The final product is amazing and our parents are so pleased with it.

Although communication is a little tough Bob does a great job and is someone I would definitely work with again!

I have yet to receive my wedding video from my June wedding, though according to their policy, wedding videos should be edited and completed approximately 8-12 weeks after the wedding. I have made multiple attempts to contact this vendor and have received no response.

This vendor is AWFUL!!!! Please, Please, Please do not use this vendor for your wedding plans. We were lucky to finally get our video after 1 full year of no response from our vendor at ALL (many times feared that it wasn't coming). And then after 2 years we FINALLY received our montage version which we paid an extra $500 for~!
And my complaints don't end there.... On top of the unresponsiveness before our wedding until 2 days before (which as bride who was very on top of things, was very nerve racking) when we got the final product it had tons of mistakes~!
Our Video Montage was supposed to be done to a song which we chose with Bob before our wedding and then also resent him after the wedding in detail, but that song was not added at ALL to the video. Also my first name (THE BRIDE) was spelled incorrectly at the end of the credits and one of my best friends and her husband who were in our wedding party were completely left off the credits, even though they were also in the email we sent to Bob THREE times!!!!!
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL... I never complain about things and even less do I ever post bad reviews for vendors, but the service from Bob Manning of Bellevue Productions was HORRIFIC! As I said, Luckily I do have video's and my memories were captured, but there was way too much frustration along the way, especially for someone who demanded full payment even before our big day happened!!!!!!

I was married in August of 2009. I have wrote Bob Manning (owner) 5 emails and called him countless times and he hasn't responded once. Our contract stated that we were to receive our DVD in 8-12 weeks. I am furious and looking into taking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!!

Once Bob Manning gets your money, he stops returning any calls or emails and is impossible to get a hold of after the wedding. Do not believe the time frame on your contract either. There was no word from him for months then when I contacted him he strung me along with excuse after excuse and most of the time he simply avoided answering your call/email. This was the most frustrating part of my entire wedding experience!! I definitely do NOT recommend him. It took us an entire year to get our videos! In addition, the first set he sent had misspellings of multiple people in the wedding and was poorly constructed. We had to have him redo it! DO NOT USE BELLEVUE PRODUCTIONS! I had to threaten legal action several times before anything got done!

Absolutely the WORST decision I could have ever made. he will schmooze you to get your money and once you are married he will give you excuse after excuse as to why you have no video. I was married in spring 2009 and still have not received my wedding video (spring 2011). I have threatened him many times with legal action and he keeps ingoring me and my lawyer. He has also created a new business name to avoid the bad reputation he has will Bellevue Productions. His new business name is "Newport Wedding Films" so don't be fooled.
