It's very easy to get quickly overwhelmed when planning a wedding, luckily we found Belles & Whiskey! B&W stepped in and began organizing immediately after our first call. To say they are organized is an understatement, as a project manager myself, I have to admit I was nervous handing over control, but they met my expectations and more. Their follow up was impeccable; they were organized, concise and true professionals. B&W was willing to take on any request no matter how big or small, so I would not stress out, and even when I did begin to stress they immediately provided reassurance to keep me calm. They are truly some of the nicest people I have ever met and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect day. To say it was a pleasure working with them is an understatement, I highly recommend B&W to anyone planning a wedding :).

April and Sally were amazing in helping us create a look and design that matched the architectural style of our venue. Our venue had so many spaces for our guests to hang out that we didn't know what was the best concept for design. They helped us with our colors, flower choices, theme, and even helped us create a whiskey tasting bar area in the loft. Their vendor list was amazing and everyone we worked with were professional, fun, and made each detail stand out. Since we are artists/architects, we really wanted to make sure each detail matched our personalities and our guests. They were amazing design wedding consultants, helping us pull together a wedding in a short few months. They worked well with everyone and made our entire family and friends feel at home. I didn't even have a guest check in and they took care of it while staffing my friends. The day was perfect and smooth because they were a part of it. Our guests loved them and their vendors! We loved working with Belles & Whiskey. April & Grace helped us through every step of the process, from proactively researching vendors and negotiating great deals for us, to creating detailed timelines and corralling our wedding party the day-of. They also have a fantastic network of trusted vendors at every budget. They kept us organized and on top of our obligations at each stage of the planning process, and they were absolutely invaluable the month leading up to our wedding. They made our wedding day seamless and magical, taking care of anything that went wrong behind the scenes in the blink of an eye – even running out to the grocery store themselves when the soda we bought ran out before the reception even began. Throughout the evening they made sure we had food and drink, leaving us to enjoy ourselves without any concern. After the wedding, we got so many compliments from family & friends about how professional, sweet and fun they were. We highly recommend Belles & Whiskey to all engaged couples!

My husband and I are pretty particular when it comes to event planning. We decided to plan most of our wedding ourselves, but knew we couldn't do it all. We didn't want to stress or have to worry about managing vendors on the day of. That is where B&W came in. They were lifesavers! The team put our minds at ease, helped organize our last minute details and were completely ON TOP OF EVERYTHING throughout the day. They even double checked our wedding cake and made sure that the right flowers were placed minutes before cake cutting! B&W's specialty is understanding your needs, managing your expectations and executing gracefully. I don't know what we would have done without them on our wedding day. We loved our experience with B&W so much that we even had them work on planning our baby shower! It was like wedding 2.0. Save yourself the trouble and stop looking. B&W will take great care of you!

"I spent some time in event-planning for nonprofits - in fact, I got my start in events by working for April. So, needless to say I felt both confident that my partner and I could do it all AND all I could see when I daydreamed about the wedding were all the boring details that I had couldn't bring myself to care about if I wasn't being paid to care. That's when I knew that even if I *could* do it all, I shouldn't have to! Enter the Belles & Whiskey team - they were fantastic and totally critical to my being able to focus on the magic of the day rather than the nitty gritty. They somehow managed to fade into the background to take care of business, while also magically popping up the second Tony or I even thought we needed something. There was never a crisis to concern myself with (and if you've even thrown a dinner party, you know something is always about to go sideways!) because the team #handledit. Throwing a wedding is part hosting and part pageantry - my partner and I were dressed to kill, mingling and laughing with loved ones while B&W took care of all the nuts and bolts. Do yourselves a favor on your special day - hire these bosses!"

Belles & Whiskey went above and beyond as our day-of coordinators for our wedding. They were incredibly helpful and responsive beforehand, even though there were a ton of moving parts and they pulled everything off flawlessly on the day of the wedding. I had a lot of timing-specific requests and nitpicky decor details and they got every single thing perfect. I was so happy when I walked into the reception area for the first time. April and Grace also made sure we ate and had drinks throughout the evening, made sure our guests were comfortable and were so helpful even after the wedding when some of our items got mixed up. I would highly recommend Belles & Whiskey to anyone who needs a coordinator or planner for their wedding, especially if you are detail-oriented. Thank you April and Grace for being so amazing!

Belles & Whiskey are amazing planners! In particular, I worked with April. She was so detailed, communicative, and so organized from the beginning to the very end. I am a type A personality and usually am not very trusting of people. However, the day I hired April was when all my worries and anxieties melted away. I would constantly "check in" with her to gently remind her of things that needed to get done; and to my surprise, she always had the information handy or already took care of it! That is what every bride needs--to know that they are in the best hands.

April was always willing to answer my questions no matter what time of day. She is very accessible and always responds via email, text, skype, phone--she will exercise all modes of communication to make sure that you're at ease and prepared for the big day. On the day of our rehearsal, I saw a fat binder with all email communications that I have had with her in the past, pictures of inspiration that I would randomly send to her, all vendor contracts, and maps of San Francisco. I shocked at how detailed and well prepared she was.

April will not disappoint you and the best thing is that she handles stressful situations well, yet is very focused and knows what needs to get done at the same time. My vendors all spoke highly of April and loved working with her. I 100% recommend April to help coordinate your wedding.
