Unique menu to compliment your special day
The beef tenderloin with caramelized onions sliders and veggie sliders were the most popular, with the amazing sauces on both sliders receiving high praise. The rolls used were of perfect consistency—neither mushy nor too hard, perfectly sustaining the contents of the sandwich. My only suggestion would be to have food tent cards describing each sandwich.
The selection on the fruit platter was amazing. We ordered plenty for the number of guests we had, but it was so good that several trips were made.
The salad was crisp, and the dressings had great ingredients.
Maya collaborates with Bent Fork Bakery, and we chose a half chocolate, half white cake which was incredible.
Working with Maya was a great experience and her food is delicious. I would highly recommend and use again.

Outstanding
Maya worked with me only a few weeks before my wedding as I had to make location changes. She was quick to respond and was able to create a FULLY gluten free menu for us for 3 day. All 3 days there was something different on the menu. I was so impressed with the selections she chose and the of course to food was delicious.
The staff that BellaRu sent Richie and Hugo were amazing. Very responsive, flexible and man did they get everything that I asked for done! They were everything you could ask for and more.
VERY grateful to this company for the amazing service they provided and for a fair price.
