Experience
Belladonna Baking Co. is the brainchild of owner Julian Coronado. Julian was inspired by his mother’s creative cake baking. After an initial stint at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, California, he changed course and founded his first business, Orchinilla Cupcakes. Seven years later, and after running his business through multiple outlets, Julian decided to devote his efforts to becoming a professionally trained pastry chef. He attended the Napa Valley branch of the renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA), learning and working at Michelin Star properties. Now, Julian brings his vision and expertise to Belladonna Baking Co.
