I highly recommend Madi and Bella Luz Imagery. Madi was super flexible and kind, agreeing to schedule changes last minute, and generally being communicative throughout the process. Their packages were reasonable and varied, allowing you to choose what you needed. Madi didn't skimp on attention to detail and we have gotten so many compliments on the beautiful photos. Madison and her husband did an amazing job at our wedding. My husband and I were not used to being photographed and she made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. She also did an amazing job with our engagement photos! Would highly recommend!

We can’t thank Madison and Alvaro enough for the incredible photos and videos from our 9-25-21 wedding. They were great to work with — personable, professional, and the way they worked together to capture every perfect angle for both the pictures and videos was awesome to watch, and the final products were even better. (If you’re debating getting the video package- I can’t encourage it enough! It’s the most incredible way to relive your day!! Alvaro’s videos are simply amazing- grab your tissues) Side note- we also got our pictures and videos in a VERY timely manner!— especially in comparison to what I’ve heard from others. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Hiring Madison as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Madison's photos are so beautiful and she incorporated our specific wishes perfectly. I think was I was most impressed by were her detail shots and the photos she captured of our guests enjoying the party. We diy-ed most of our decor, so her incredible detail shots meant a lot to us and will be a great addition to our album. She also captured so many of our guests in the moment of the celebration. You're so busy at your own wedding, so you miss so much of what your guests experience. We are excited to give out some of her guest shots to friends for Christmas! And, of course, the rest of her photographs were spot on. I loved her professionalism, creativity and attention to detail. My mom had passed away a year before the wedding, so we had a bouquet on her seat and a sign for her. Madi captured the most beautiful shots of my dad with his arm around her seat. She also made sure to take a close up shot of the ribbon on my bouquet that I'd upcycled from my mom's wedding bouquet. Overall, Madi went above and beyond. We didn't get to meet her partner, but he must be a gem if she chose him. Truly, don't hesitate with choose Bella Luz Imagery.

Madison and Alvaro did our photography and videography for our wedding on August 14th, 2021 in West Dover, VT. I hired them after seeing the beautiful work they did for my best friend's wedding three years prior. The day went seamlessly and we cannot wait to get a hold of our pictures and wedding video. We are so happy that Madison photographed our DIY wedding! She captured the joy and colors of the day exactly how we remember them. She was extremely discrete photographing the ceremony and the celebration, yet she caught all the moments and seemed to be in the right place at the right time.
Because of COVID and some last-minute changes of plan, we didn't meet in person, and she didn't see the venue until shortly before the wedding was supposed to start. I was worried that would be an issue, but she handled it great and went with the flow the whole time. We love our photos and look at them often.

Madi is a great photographer who really captures the magic of everyday moments. We had her take some family photos and she captured such beautiful natural light and warmth between us. Her outgoing and friendly nature put our two young sons at ease. They actually had fun at the photo shoot and photos reflected their smiles and joy. Would highly recommend.

This husband and wife team was wonderful, super professional and great to work with. The pictures came out flawless, which says a lot because I am never happy with any photos I am in…. The venue was set in a rustic setting and they really capture the beauty of it.. A special shout to the Video which came out amazing. Every time someone watches it they cry… Exactly what I was looking for.

Madison at Bella Luz Imagery was chosen back in fall of 2019 when things were very different and I held high expectations. She had the special touch of a professional photographer with a whimsical/moody look to her photos. Our fall engagement shoot came out beautifully with her perfectly capturing our senses of humor mixed with the peak fall colors and my love of texture and architecture. With COVID happening, I was panicked that I might have lost a photographer (I had lost other vendors) that perfectly fit my husband and my vision and at our price point. However, Madison remained in touch and made sure to let us know her flexibility and that she was continuing to shoot weddings and that all was seemingly going well despite NYS Regulations. In planning a COVID wedding, I had already had to change my makeup artist, my entire venue, and had some misgivings about our DJ all about 4 weeks before wedding day. Madison was my one vendor who remained a constant and held my expectations high. We ended up shortening our reception, and still I wanted to keep her for her full contracted time. The day of was certainly different, though I can say without a doubt our pictures will be beautiful, and that she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. My guests were truly amazed with how quick she maneuvered and how well she blended in to the scene. I am excitedly awaiting the wedding photos and both my husband and myself are in agreement that we will continue to use Madison as much as we can for our future milestone photo shoots.
