Couldn't have been happier with our cake! Everyone raved about the different flavors and how good it was! The cake was decorated simply and beautifully just as i wanted! We will definitely be calling again for our future cake needs! My sister lived the extra little cake made special for her.

Bella Birches also did my sisters wedding cake and will be doing our cake and cupcakes. The cake is incredible. They are quick to respond to inquiries as well as flexible in setting up cake tastings times.

Bella Birches was highly recommended to us by our venue, but we did not make a final decision until meeting with them and one other caterer for tasting sessions. Garrett and Charity were hands-down the best choice! Charity is a ball of positive energy - and you get that right from your first phone call with her. They listened to the types of food we liked (simple, well seasoned, more in line with a Paleo/gluten-free type of diet) and our tasting was amazing. They are also seasoned wedding professionals and offered so much practical advice on pieces of the event that we wouldn't have known otherwise. They really, really care about their clients and doing what they can to have that big day go smoothly.

We had a full buffet dinner and, while we did not have them make our wedding cake (we didn't have a traditional cake), they did bake cupcakes for our dessert table and even accommodated my request for grey frosting as a nod to Beauty and the Beast. Everything they made was delicious, and we received so many compliments on our food - even over a week later. Charity was also on hand alongside her team at the event and helped out with more than just the food - probably more than I even know about - just helping everything run perfectly. She even shoo'd guests away from our dessert buffet prior to dinner and made sure everything was perfectly in place so our photographer could get the best photos of the display.

We had a wonderful experience working with Garrett and Charity and would use them again for any catered event in the future.

We could not have been more pleased with our wedding cake! Not only was it beautiful, but our guests raved about how good it tasted! And they were right...every single flavor was amazing and it was cleaned out by the end of the night! They also made us an amazing zombie cheesecake for our groom's cake, and it was a hit as well! Bella Birches provided my wedding cake. It was perfect, exactly how I had asked for it. It arrived in a timely manner, and it was DELICIOUS. It was the best cake I have ever had. I had many family members and guests request the name of the baker, and say they were going to conduct business with them because of how good the cakes were.

My wedding turned out to be absolutely perfect! Charity came up with the entire design herself, and it couldn't have been any better. Not only was it beautiful, but it was the BEST cake I've ever had! Thank you for everything!

Charity and Garrett are amazing. They did a fantastic job making our wedding cake, we received rave reviews on all the flavors that they created for us. I have to say that the Blue Moon is a must as well as the Raspberry Swirl. We had no idea what we wanted our cake to look like; except that we wanted to keep it simple. They worked to make the perfect cake for us, we will be using them for any future desserts that we may need.

They are so flexible and I had placed my order for my wedding cake a week before my wedding and they were still able to do something amazing. The cake was so good!
