If you are getting married, you NEED Bee for the Day. There is no way we would have gotten down the aisle without Brooke and Debbie helping us out every step of the way.

From the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands with Brooke. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry, knows every vendor in the area, and is professional. She was always responsive and helpful regarding all the questions we had. She is so efficient and the level of detail she got down to regarding the different nuances of our timeline was remarkable.

During the actual day, Brooke and Debbie ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to lift a finger. They do so many things for you that you wouldn’t think of: Tying bowties when no one in the room knows how, making last minute design and logistical changes that elevate the venue space, taking photos and videos of you, fixing hair, dress, boutonnieres, etc. All things that you would have to do on your own that day.

They were so great in handling our vendors, ensuring that they were on time, and everything came together perfectly. Our venue looked amazing, and our timeline was followed so well by everyone.

Probably the best part about the Bees was the level of kindness and respect that they showed us. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt loved and supported. We were their number one priority every step of the way and by the end of the night, they became family.

You will not be disappointed in hiring Bee for the Day. If we had to do it all over again, they would be our first call.

If there is one thing you need for your wedding, it is Bee for the Day. I was so against hiring a wedding planner because I am rather frugal and I assumed it was an unnecessary expense. Thankfully, my now-husband convinced me otherwise. We initially planned to hire them just for day-of coordination. Throughout the wedding planning process we had some major unexpected life events and the Bees stepped in when we just couldn’t make our wedding a priority. There were times when we ran into major road blocks – at one point the event planner at our ceremony site didn’t answer my phone calls or e-mails for 4 months. Luckily the Bees have a back line to everyone involved in the wedding industry and were able to make sure everything moved forward without a problem. They repeatedly identified potential problems before they even occurred and helped us decide where we could cut costs and where it was worth it to spend money. I was never too worried about having the “perfect wedding” but I must say having the Bees in charge was a huge part of making my wedding day the best day of my life. I had fun the whole day and worried about nothing. When I saw the final bill the cost didn’t come close to the value we received. You can cut costs just about anywhere else, but you NEED the Bees.

The Bees, Sarah and Erin were an absolutely priceless asset to our day and Brooke was fantastic during the planning process as well. I will recommend them to anyone I can!!

If I could put 10 stars I would! Bee For the Day is an absolute must for your wedding! My husband and I could not stop talking about Jessica and Erin a week after we got married. They made everything about our day so wonderful and easy and they were a dream to work with! Brooke absolutely knows her stuff! I planned our wedding from states away and they took my vision and turned it into reality. We really wanted our mothers to enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing, and boy did they deliver!! The Bees handled every aspect from the timeline and vendor coordination to the decoration, tear down, and all the in-between. My sister-in law even went into labor during the reception and they were so kind to make sure she and my brother made it to the hospital and checked in days later to see how they were doing :) We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day perfection. 10/10 would recommend!!

Where do I start?! We got married in October 2020 and in true COVID fashion, our plans changed multiple times. Brooke and the bees were there every step of the way through each change we made. We went from cancelling our 250-person wedding to do a destination wedding with immediate family, to bringing it back to Toledo and including our extended family in my family’s backyard. Brooke helped and guided us through each changed plan and was there to help bring our plan C dreams alive. Our day was an intimate fairytale, and we couldn’t have done it without Brooke and the bees. If you are not using Brooke and Bee For The Day, I highly suggest you change your mind, they are the best!

The entire Bee for the Day team continually went above and beyond expectations and worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect! Through multiple date changes (we finally tied the knot on date #4) as well as Covid restrictions and venue changes, all of the Bees did such a phenomenal job. They will handle anything and everything you could possibly need with such ease. No details were left forgotten or unattended to and if anything went wrong on our day you couldn’t tell and you would never have known. Investing in such an incredible coordinator meant we had nothing to worry about on the day and was one of the best choices and investments we made for our wedding. Brooke and her bees are truly experts at what they do and there’s no one else I would have trusted more to help us celebrate our marriage! We will always be so thankful for Bee for the Day!

Hiring the Bees was THE BEST investment I made for our wedding. Whether you don’t know where to begin with wedding planning or you are a hyper-detail-oriented planner by nature, you NEED the Bees!

Brooke and Mary made sure that each and every one of our details was accounted for and carried out to perfection. We wouldn’t have entrusted all our details and months and months of planning to anyone else! After rescheduling our wedding due to the pandemic, I never thought that our dream wedding would happen the way we envisioned it. “Perfect” and “pandemic wedding” are not two phrases that you think would ever go together...And yet, thanks to the Bees, it exceeded our expectations and was even better than we ever could have dreamt!

They did a great job not only with helping me getting a timeline ready, helping me with smaller details I hadn’t even thought of, making sure the rehearsal was organized and covered all of the info everyone needed, and made sure our day went off without any issues. Best decision we made was deciding to hire bee for the day.

Dani and Kim contributed to our wedding in a major major way! They both were totally on-top of everything from the very start. Kim was so good at directing my guests to where they needed to be. Dani was my right-hand woman the entire day. I found myself looking for her face in the crowds- she had such a calming and fun presence and she was exactly what I needed on my wedding day. I am a super antsy person and I barely recognized my relaxed carefree demeanor on my wedding day thanks to these two bees. By far the best money we spent on my wedding. I will remember them both forever. I cannot recommend them enough they made our wedding so fun and breezy. I wish I could work with them both in my every day life! Love-Chelsea.
