Hire Bee for the Day!

If you are getting married, you NEED Bee for the Day. There is no way we would have gotten down the aisle without Brooke and Debbie helping us out every step of the way.

From the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands with Brooke. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry, knows every vendor in the area, and is professional. She was always responsive and helpful regarding all the questions we had. She is so efficient and the level of detail she got down to regarding the different nuances of our timeline was remarkable.

During the actual day, Brooke and Debbie ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to lift a finger. They do so many things for you that you wouldn’t think of: Tying bowties when no one in the room knows how, making last minute design and logistical changes that elevate the venue space, taking photos and videos of you, fixing hair, dress, boutonnieres, etc. All things that you would have to do on your own that day.

They were so great in handling our vendors, ensuring that they were on time, and everything came together perfectly. Our venue looked amazing, and our timeline was followed so well by everyone.

Probably the best part about the Bees was the level of kindness and respect that they showed us. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt loved and supported. We were their number one priority every step of the way and by the end of the night, they became family.

You will not be disappointed in hiring Bee for the Day. If we had to do it all over again, they would be our first call.

Can I give more than 5 stars?

If there is one thing you need for your wedding, it is Bee for the Day. I was so against hiring a wedding planner because I am rather frugal and I assumed it was an unnecessary expense. Thankfully, my now-husband convinced me otherwise. We initially planned to hire them just for day-of coordination. Throughout the wedding planning process we had some major unexpected life events and the Bees stepped in when we just couldn’t make our wedding a priority. There were times when we ran into major road blocks – at one point the event planner at our ceremony site didn’t answer my phone calls or e-mails for 4 months. Luckily the Bees have a back line to everyone involved in the wedding industry and were able to make sure everything moved forward without a problem. They repeatedly identified potential problems before they even occurred and helped us decide where we could cut costs and where it was worth it to spend money. I was never too worried about having the “perfect wedding” but I must say having the Bees in charge was a huge part of making my wedding day the best day of my life. I had fun the whole day and worried about nothing. When I saw the final bill the cost didn’t come close to the value we received. You can cut costs just about anywhere else, but you NEED the Bees.

Professional, detail oriented, value

If I could put 10 stars I would! Bee For the Day is an absolute must for your wedding! My husband and I could not stop talking about Jessica and Erin a week after we got married. They made everything about our day so wonderful and easy and they were a dream to work with! Brooke absolutely knows her stuff! I planned our wedding from states away and they took my vision and turned it into reality. We really wanted our mothers to enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing, and boy did they deliver!! The Bees handled every aspect from the timeline and vendor coordination to the decoration, tear down, and all the in-between. My sister-in law even went into labor during the reception and they were so kind to make sure she and my brother made it to the hospital and checked in days later to see how they were doing :) We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day perfection. 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing Experience!

Where do I start?! We got married in October 2020 and in true COVID fashion, our plans changed multiple times. Brooke and the bees were there every step of the way through each change we made. We went from cancelling our 250-person wedding to do a destination wedding with immediate family, to bringing it back to Toledo and including our extended family in my family’s backyard. Brooke helped and guided us through each changed plan and was there to help bring our plan C dreams alive. Our day was an intimate fairytale, and we couldn’t have done it without Brooke and the bees. If you are not using Brooke and Bee For The Day, I highly suggest you change your mind, they are the best!

Absolutely perfect!

The entire Bee for the Day team continually went above and beyond expectations and worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect! Through multiple date changes (we finally tied the knot on date #4) as well as Covid restrictions and venue changes, all of the Bees did such a phenomenal job. They will handle anything and everything you could possibly need with such ease. No details were left forgotten or unattended to and if anything went wrong on our day you couldn’t tell and you would never have known. Investing in such an incredible coordinator meant we had nothing to worry about on the day and was one of the best choices and investments we made for our wedding. Brooke and her bees are truly experts at what they do and there’s no one else I would have trusted more to help us celebrate our marriage! We will always be so thankful for Bee for the Day!

Truly a JOY to work with the Bees!

Hiring the Bees was THE BEST investment I made for our wedding. Whether you don’t know where to begin with wedding planning or you are a hyper-detail-oriented planner by nature, you NEED the Bees!

Brooke and Mary made sure that each and every one of our details was accounted for and carried out to perfection. We wouldn’t have entrusted all our details and months and months of planning to anyone else! After rescheduling our wedding due to the pandemic, I never thought that our dream wedding would happen the way we envisioned it. “Perfect” and “pandemic wedding” are not two phrases that you think would ever go together...And yet, thanks to the Bees, it exceeded our expectations and was even better than we ever could have dreamt!

They did a great job not only with helping me getting a timeline ready, helping me with smaller details I hadn’t even thought of, making sure the rehearsal was organized and covered all of the info everyone needed, and made sure our day went off without any issues. Could not have done it without them!

Dani and Kim contributed to our wedding in a major major way! They both were totally on-top of everything from the very start. Kim was so good at directing my guests to where they needed to be. Dani was my right-hand woman the entire day. I found myself looking for her face in the crowds- she had such a calming and fun presence and she was exactly what I needed on my wedding day. I am a super antsy person and I barely recognized my relaxed carefree demeanor on my wedding day thanks to these two bees. By far the best money we spent on my wedding. I will remember them both forever. I cannot recommend them enough they made our wedding so fun and breezy. I wish I could work with them both in my every day life! Love-Chelsea.

Bftd was amazing

BFTD was amazing from start to finish. From recommending vendors A-Z ,helping us choose, day of timeline to the day of making sure my hubs & I had drinks in our hands the whole time, or holding my bouquet during photos when the photographer had us posed but didn't need flowers. They made a run between ceremony & photos to pick up water for the bridal party ((because it was hot!)). The Friday before we realized were missing 10 acrylic hand painted table numbers -- these girls went to Walmart and bought the stuff and painted the exact same table numbers for us and then took them to the venue and put them on the tables. What normally would have freaked me out, they made totally stress free! The girls were SO helpful. I can't say enough good things about these ladies. Would 100% recommend them to anyone getting married! You can't do it without them.. seriously!

Bee for the Day our wedding day even better!

Incredible wedding day and night in large part due to Bee and her team. My husband and I, and our families had the BEST time at our wedding and never once worried about anything due in large part to Bee for the Day. She had everything handled and knew what to do from her arrival to departure — and this is based on only a few communications ahead of the big day. Hands down, we would recommend Bee and her team ... Now, if we could only figure out how to have her around in our every day lives we're pretty sure every day would be 100% great!

I had Dani and Kim for my bees the day of my wedding and it went so smooth! They made sure we, mainly the guys, stayed on schedule and were where we needed to be based on the timeline I created with Brooke. I still nursed my son during our wedding and Dani made sure I had time to do so and wouldn't let me stress at all about adjusting times and making sure everyone knew what was happening. They made my day so amazing and I would tell everyone planning a wedding to hire Bee for the Day! Thank you for making my day perfect!

Bee For The Day

If you are looking for a wedding planner Bee For The Day is your planner. I cannot say enough about the awesome help they were to my daughter as well as myself. Especially the week before it was hands off to us and they took care of the final details to let us enjoy this magical moment. The amazing details they took care of was nothing short of perfect. They will do as much or as little as you would like them to do. We had them in our whole process and don’t know what we would have done without. I highly highly recommend them

Best money spent on my wedding day!

I would highly recommend Bee for the Day to anyone getting married! We debated on whether or not we should spend the money on a wedding planning service and I am so glad we did. We used Brooke and the Bees to help us with the wedding timeline, to touch base with our vendors the week of, and for day of wedding services. Brooke was so professional, sweet, and prompt when answering all of my questions. Grace and Sammi were my "bees" for the day and they made the day go so smoothly. The last thing I wanted to deal with while getting my hair and makeup done were deliveries and set-up and they handled everything perfectly. They even transported our pup to the ceremony and back and also checked on her during our reception. All of our belongings from the reception were back in our room before we got there at the end of the night. I am so glad we trusted Bee for the Day to help with our wedding day, I'm not sure what we would have done without them!

The absolute best!

I wasn’t positive that I needed a coordinator being a very organized person, but I have never been so wrong. Make room in your budget for the Bees- it was hands down the best decision I made with vendors for our wedding. I cannot tell you the amount of things leading up to and day of the wedding that I hadn’t thought of that the bees handled with ease. Brooke was incredible leading up to the big day and Dani and Tonya were lifesavers on the wedding day. I can’t tell you how many times I was asked something and just had to look at the Bees and understood they had it covered. These ladies are top notch!

The Absolute Best!!

My daughter Cheyanne's wedding was 06/08/19! It was perfect in every way and Brooke & the Bees were responsible in many ways for that! We couldn't have done it without them. As the Mother of the Bride, I was able to actually relax (well relax as much as a MOB can) and totally enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. The Bees were there with us every step of the way. The best wedding planners in this area for sure. Whatever you do - don't try to plan a wedding without them.

brooke is a life saver!

I dont know what we would have done without brooke on the day of the wedding. my bustle ripped out about 3 times with all the buttons going with it. she ended up having to stitch and pin me back together quite a few times throughout the night while still managing everything else. we wanted to avoid announcing throughout the reception and she did a fabulous job of making sure everything went off without a hitch. she and debbie were amazing. I would absolutely recommend them!

Best decision made during planning process

I have said it a million times, hiring the bees was the. best. decision. I made during the process of planning our wedding. Brooke is like a best friend starting the day you meet her! Any questions I had throughout the process were always answered promptly.
Dani and Mary were our bees during the rehersal and reception. They dressed professionally and fit right in with our friends and family. These girls are prepared for anything and I mean anything.

The timeline alone is worth its weight in gold. Contacting our vendors to make sure everything was on time and ran smoothly took so much worry away from me.

I would hire them over and over again!

Brooke and her team are AMAZING!! I cannot even count the number of times we thought - what we would have done without the Bee's? No couple should host a wedding without The Bees!

In my mind, a Toledo-area wedding is synonymous with Bee for the Day. After I booked my date and venue, booking Bee for the Day was next on my list. I am not exaggerating when I say on my wedding day, my family, my bridal party, and I did not have to do anything except have fun. The preparation that I did with Brooke beforehand and the diligence of Dani and Jenna on my wedding day made it so we just had to listen and follow their directions. And after more than a year of tedious planning and decision making, that was such a relief. I could list the million and one ways Dani and Jenna made my wedding day perfect but I would rather put it this way: if I went back in time and changed every detail of my wedding, I would still use Bee for the Day without hesitation.

From start to finish, the Bees impressed in every way!

Absolutely perfect!

I’m actually unsure how a bride wouldn’t want the bee’s to be apart of their big day. From the moment I first got engaged, my mom called Brooke and booked the bee’s. Upon first meeting Brooke, she made the entire planning process as easy and as truly stress-free as possible. The amount of people concerned that I wasn’t “stressed enough” while planning was insane, but I knew that Brooke and the bee’s had me covered. I told Brooke my visions for what I imagined everything looking like and she truly listened and made the best recommendations on other vendors that could complete my vision. My wedding went ABSOLUTELY perfect and even the slightest bumps that occurred on the day were as if they were meant to have happened, and they were taken care of before I knew there was a problem. I’d give 10 stars if I could, thank you guys for everything!

The Bees think of everything!! They do so many different types of weddings that they have experience in all designs. They treat you as a valued customer whether it is a country club wedding to a barn/rustic setting. The Bees made our daughter's wedding much less stressful and so enjoyable. Seriously I wish there was a way to give more that 5 stars because these girls are the real deal. Honestly, my son even said everyone should have a "Brooke" meaning bee! These girls are seriously priceless and nobody should organize a wedding but the BEES! My husband was very reluctant in the beginning because I'm gonna say this.... he thought we could wing it..... I'm still sitting here over a week after wedding thinking....out of everything we did for this wedding ... we are BOTH absolutely sure we could NOT have done it without the bees. Someone said they are like the no see ums but they have your back and working so hard that everything goes without a hitch. My husband is one of the hardest people in my mind to impress with anything..but the BEES did it. He was overly impressed (trust me that is saying a huge amount) with how the bees worked and EVERYTHING was taken care of. We felt like vip's at our own daughters wedding without a care in the world if things were ok. They were THE most important reason our wedding was a HUGE success..Really no lie.. They were like family and some of our guests even thought they were family.... I will always be extremely grateful for everything they did for us.. they went over and beyond what we expected and so happy they were a part of our special day.

The Bees were fantastic!!! Dani & Grace are awesome!!!! We never had to worry about anything or lift a finger. My car was loaded with everything from the ceremony & reception by these 2 wonderful ladies. Everything ran so smoothly. In fact, we were ahead of schedule sometimes. Dani & Grace were always checking in with us to see if we needed anything or to just check the timeline. I would highly recommend hiring Bee for the Day with Brooke Lauber-Cobb to everyone planning a wedding. With this being our first daughter to get married, we were clueless on how to proceed. Brooke is a wealth of knowledge & always available for advice & questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for my other 2 daughters. I can’t imagine having a wedding without Bee for the Day. Thank you for an awesome experience & a magical wedding day for Sam & Megan!!

We were on a very tight budget. The Bees services were very flexible and they were willing to help where we needed the help most. I cannot imagine how the rehearsal and wedding day would have gone without our Bees, thank you Allison and Kim.

Brooke and her Bee's are more than I ever imagined when decided to use them for our wedding planner... genuine, thorough, detail oriented, on top of their game, efficient, one step ahead.... the list could go on... Even when planning takes twists and turns, you have to plan and re plan, and face hurdles, Brooke takes care of it all without a blink of an eye. You may panic but Brooke and the bees calm you, take matters in their hands, and handle it all. It takes a special talent and special person/people to help create your special day and they get the job done 120%!!! Highly highly recommended

Where do I even begin to describe how wonderful it is to work with Brooke and her Bees! From the initial planning stages all the way through to the final minute of the wedding I saw nothing but professionalism, helpfulness, cheerfulness no matter what was happening and the ability to deal with whatever came up as if it were no big deal. My son got married in September, my daughter got married in June, and it was the most awesome and amazing experience to be able to thoroughly enjoy every single moment of of each of their days without any stress or anxiety at all! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bee for the Day!!! ❤️

I recently used Bee for the Day for my daughter's wedding. Wow! what an experience. My Bees were Stacey and Rachel, and I worked mostly with Stacey. From the moment Stacey took over at the ceremony rehearsal, I knew hiring them was a great decision. The rehearsal was organized and went so smoothly that we were actually early for our dinner reservations. The day of the event, Stacey swooped in and immediately took charge. Just to be able to sit back, relax and take in everything that was going on was priceless. After the ceremony, Stacey had our list of "must have" pictures and we whipped through everything, knowing that we didn't miss a thing. At the reception, Stacey and Rachel were on the constant move, collecting envelopes and gifts so that my guests didn't have to stand around holding them and could enjoy the cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. If there was an issue during our event, I was certainly not aware of it. At one point during the day, my niece commented on my calmness and how shocked she was and it was truly because I knew I had to worry about nothing, Stacey is exceptional at what she does and such a sweetheart. She never seemed flustered, hurried or the least bit preoccupied. She was always pleasant and helpful. The highest compliment I believe the Bees received was from my husband, who doesn't like to throw money around said "It was the best money we spent, well worth every penny!" Thank you Bees for helping to make our event so amazing and allowing my husband and I to enjoy it.

You need Bee for the Day for your wedding day. Our wedding would not have been possible or ran smoothly whatsoever without our Bees. I felt cared for just like a family or friend would care for us. Having Bee for the Day was one of the best parts of our wedding- no exaggeration! I am a crazy planner myself so I questioned investing in a wedding planner but I can honestly say I don’t think I would have survived my wedding day without them. The bees are the sweetest, most genuine people I have ever met and just their presence makes you feel calm. We had Kim and Grace and they completely made our day. They were an absolutely perfect duo- we never worried about anything because they were behind the scenes all day making sure everything was perfect and it was. There is no one like Brooke and her team, I truly only recommend them!

Brooke & Rachel were AMAZING for my May 12th
wedding in Toledo, Ohio. The entire day Brooke helped keep everyone on track and right on schedule with the timeline we had previously discussed. At any moment when I looked apprehensive about something or had a puzzled look on my face Brooke would be right there asking me what was wrong and what she could do to correct any issue. She was a HUGE stress relief not only for myself but for my mom & my husband. She helped coordinate all of the little details of our day and made me feel like my wedding was a dream. I did not have to worry about one thing and felt extremely calm and relaxed all day. I cannot say enough great things about Brooke and her company, I feel very fortunate to have been able to have them be apart of our special day. I would HIGHLY recommend their company, I don't know how anyone gets married without them!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

60 minutes after saying our I dos, my new husband looked at me and asked: "What would we have done without Brooke?" And he is absolutely correct!!! Having Brooke at our wedding allowed for us and our entire family to enjoy our wedding day. We were able to put our full trust in Brooke and not have to think of a single thing the entire day or night.

As someone who works in the wedding industry, I planned much of our wedding myself, but I was really nervous about the execution on the day of. I knew that I would have trouble getting out of work mode. On the wedding day, Brooke arrived early, made sure I was calm yet excited and made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. At our venue, Brooke took care of everything and knew how important the details were for me! She made the end of the evening seamless, taking care of our gifts, having pieces of wedding cake to go for the hotel stay, and coordinating all of our wedding items to be delivered back to our home. Coming back after a whirlwind day to those thoughtful details really ended it perfectly.

Having Brooke there made our wedding day so perfect, and I would highly recommend her and Bee for the Day to any couple planning their wedding!

Brooke (and her 2nd Bee Debbie, aka Blondie) were absolutely AMAZING! Our wedding day on 12/30 was a dream and it wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without the Bees. From the very beginning when we met Brooke, she made us feel so comfortable and was so quick to offer tips and assistance needed while planning. She made sure to make a very detailed timeline (close to 20 pages) and was able to send it out to all of our vendors to ensure no details were missed. When it came to the rehearsal, Brooke was able to handle our large and LOUD 20 person bridal party so seamlessly...and was so good with our little flower girl and ring bearer, making them feel so special and excited to walk down the aisle ! On our wedding day, it was so nice to know that my mom and I didn't have to worry about a THING! Brooke and her 2nd bee took care of picking up our cake, picking up our 200 doughnuts, setting up all of our décor at the reception during the ceremony and reception break, and even fixing the groom's pants that ripped right before it was time to start the ceremony. Oh and not to mention, we found Brooke in my parent's driveway shoveling prior to walking each bridesmaid out to the limo to head to the ceremony. Our whole bridal party loved the Bees and one of my best friends who just got engaged already said she 100% wants Brooke and the bees for her day too. Bee for the Day was worth every penny and we're so happy they were able to make our day so very special. THANK YOU!!!

I highly suggest 1) hiring a coordinator (definitely for the day of the wedding) 2) Hire bee for the day to do it!!!! Brooke, Dani, & Kerri were amazing!!! I had no worries, everything went perfect & if there was any issues I never would have known. We could enjoy ourselves & know we were in good hands! Plus being prepared with Brooke reminding me of things I wouldn't even have thought of! Thank you guys so much!!!

These women were absolutely fantastic. You have a problem, they fix it. You have a question, they answer it. You don't know how to do something, they tell you how. They give you tips on how to prepare and how to save time. All of these things are done with a very positive attitude and a big smile. They were a joy to work with because they are so efficient and so friendly. These women should earn 10 plus stars. They were AWESOME and I believe our event was so successful because of them.

Bee for the Day was recommended to me by many people as an absolute must for our first daughter’s wedding. We are so grateful that we took the advice! Having them there to make sure everything happens as planned and be able to relax and enjoy the Day was worth every cent and more! Brooke was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was very responsive and organized, and took so much pressure off the day and weeks leading up to it. She was worth every penny, and my mom and sister were so thankful they got to enjoy the day too, since the Bees took care of all the little things they would have had too. So thankful we had Brooke and the Bees there for us from setting up, to holding the rings, to packing up the cars at the end of the night. They took care of it all and more! Brooke is amazing!!!! The day of would not have gone as well without her there. We had a couple "uh oh" moments that I did not even find out about until after the wedding was over because Brooke handled EVERYTHING without me even knowing! She is so sweet and was a pleasure to work with. Each of our family members commented on how present she was and easy to work with. Anytime I felt like I needed something, Brooke or one of her bees were there and took care of everything. The Bees were by far our favorite vendor and an indispensable part of our wedding day! I hired bee for the day only to help with my timeline and set up day of my wedding. Every time I spoke with Bridgett she was very professional and sweet. She was so helpful with creating my timeline. The bees that helped set up the day of did such an amazing job and even sent me picture texts as requested by me to make sure I approved. They were so great and set everything up perfectly. Brooke and her Bees are the absolute best!! I don't even know where to begin...let's start from the moment you decide to book them as your wedding experts. When I say experts, it's true! Brooke knows EVERYTHING about weddings and is great at giving advice / answering every question you will have, without being pushy or overbearing. Other than downloading some Apps on my phone...I knew nothing about how to plan a wedding or how to make those big decisions like vendors / colors / etc. Brooke helps with ALL of those details!! She touches base throughout your journey and if you are out of towners (like my new husband and I!), she will meet with yoour via Skype or FaceTime to best fit in your schedule. It was such an easy process chatting with her and going over everything. You also get access to her carefully selected list of suggested vendors!

Then comes your big weekend...you've probably heard this a million times because it's simply true. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the Bees and our other awesome vendors, who Brooke helped us choose given her years and years of experience with them. She stayed with us all weekend starting at the rehearsal which was very nice; it gave her a chance to start meeting our friends and family...it didn't take long before she felt like a friend/family member herself! She helped me get dressed, get to the church, and throughout the rest of our perfect wedding day. She is very calming and checks in to make sure everything is good. She also makes sure everyone else is where they need to be. I could really go on forever about how wonderful Brooke and her Bees are! If you would like to not worry about stressing over final plans, day of details, or even who's in charge of the gifts at the end of the night (this list could go on and on)...hire the Bees! They'll take care of it ALL!

If you're on the fence about getting a planner let me help you; DO IT. It's worth it. The Bees will take so much stress and confusion off your plate. You use them as much or as little as you need them before the big day (looking back I actually wish I'd used them MORE). I know it seems extravagant, but seriously most of the vendors we used gave us a discount because we worked with the bees. When my train ripped before the ceremony, Michelle was there with a sewing kit to fix it in under 5 minutes. They had already set up things that I'd never even thought about (like a shuttle from our hotel to the ceremony around the corner, I had just planned to walk... They were like "uhhh... No.") I never needed to ask, they just made it happen! I'll never forget the look on my husbands face at the end of the night when he realized how amazing they are. It was 11pm and we were SO TIRED. He said, "Oh crap how are we supposed to get all our stuff, the cards, and the gifts over to the hotel?" And our Bee chimed in, "Oh we loaded everything up and brought it to the hotel already, you guys can just head over!" His jaw hit the floor! I just smiled and whispered, "I told you they're worth it!" He was blown away. When I was sweating in my dress a bee with a hand fan appeared, when I felt a headache coming on a bee with a Motrin appeared, when I wanted to try one of our appetizers at dinner she brought a whole plate of them for our table! If there were any catastrophes (and apparently there were some snafus), I never heard about them and as far as I knew the whole thing went off without a hitch. I was on a modest budget (16k), but I set aside a chunk of the budget for them and they helped me turn out a wedding that looked like 100k and felt like a dream. Seriously JUST DO IT!

Booking Bee for the Day was one of the best decisions I made in planning my wedding! We used them for day-of coordination, and everything went so smoothly! I didn't once have to deal with any last-minute crises, so I was able to fully enjoy my day from start to finish. Alison and Michelle took care of everything, down to helping my mom get all the gifts together at the end of the evening. I absolutely recommend the Bees - they are worth every penny, fun to work with, and help make your day as wonderful as possible!

The Bee's were a joy to work with and made what could have been a stressful day, fun and easy-going. I cannot imagine our wedding without them, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone else. It took me awhile to come up with the appropriate words to describe how grateful I am that the Bee's were at my wedding which was last October. I feel like I could never thank them enough! Frankly, it couldn't have gone off as flawlessly as it did without them. I would go as far as saying this wedding couldn't have happened without them! They did so much for us. Brooke is the queen bee and just one of my favorite people. ALL of her Bee's are equally as fabulous. They really do everything and anything they can for you.

What's nice is you can use them as little or as much as you'd like leading up to and on your wedding day. They become like your best friends and you can tell how much each one actually cares about you and your wedding day. I really value their customer service and how they treat each and every bride and person they come across.

As a bride I couldn't imagine not having them at our wedding. They just, simply put, know what they're doing! They know all the ins and outs of every type of wedding and can give the best advice in any situation you may find yourself in while planning a wedding. They ALWAYS go above and beyond.

Being a wedding photographer in town as well, I have worked with the Bee's on numerous weddings and am always bummed when they are not there. They help makes things go so smoothly, do so much and work so well with all the vendors. I recommend them to every single couple I come across! I can't thank them enough for their continually wonderful service.

Bee for the Day was INVALUABLE! for wedding planning. They are there every step of the way for planning, answering questions and making sure you get the day you have pictured! One of the most valuable aspects was the wedding timeline the create for vendors and bridal party. This timeline would take so much time and effort to create without the help of Bee for the Day. When it came to last minute issues or changes, Bee for the Day is amazing at helping fix anything that may arise. All day long they helped make sure everything was running smoothly. Brooke and her Bee's were wonderful to have the day of the wedding. I wanted to hire planners because I did not want to have to worry about any problems or details on the wedding day. With the Bee's on site I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing that they had all the details worked out and if any problems were to arise they would be on top of it. They worked great along side my other vendors and proved to be invaluable! I would definitely hire these ladies again in a heartbeat!!!

What can I say? Bee for the Day is simply amazing! Bee for the Day allowed me to enjoy every minute of my wedding without having to worry! I was able to relax and take in everything that was going on. Dani and Grace made sure that my beautiful wedding ran smoothly! Brooke was incredibly helpful through out the planning process! She meet with me to discuss every little detail to be sure my wedding turned out exactly as I imagined it. She also answered all my questions no matter how silly some of them were! From the moment I started planning my wedding I knew I wanted Bee for the Day! If you want to enjoy your day then hire Bee for the Day to take the stress off your shoulders!

Awesome! It seemed pricey, but the Bees are worth it! My daughter is always late and stressed. The Bees created a timeline and kept everyone on track. Where do I even begin? Brooke and the Bees are absolutely amazing! I knew I had wanted Brooke to coordinate our wedding from the very start of wedding planning; however, I didn't think my mom would be on board with the price. Somehow, I think my mom knew in her gut that an extra pair of hands would make the big day easier on her, so we went ahead and hired Bee for the Day. It was definitely the BEST decision we made throughout the entire planning process, and undoubtedly the best money that was spent on the wedding! Brooke's ability to organize is nothing short of impressive. She made sure all of our vendors were confirmed and sent each one a detailed timeline of the day. On the day of the wedding, Brooke and Kim made sure every final detail was in place so that our moms and I were able to relax. It was an absolute blessing to work with Brooke in her hometown and home church, and I could tell she felt just as comfortable as the rest of our family did. Our First Look wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her brilliant mind, as she was able to help to me find just the right way to pull of my grand surprise to my husband.

Both my husband and I agree that even if things did go wrong during the ceremony or reception, we would have never had the chance to stress over it, or even know about it in the first place. We were able to focus on each other instead of the behind-the-scenes aspects of the day, making the day that much more memorable for us.

Our parents, immediate family, and bridal party have continued to rave about Brooke and Kim simply due to their organization, kindness, and genuine care for the bride and groom's well-being during such a busy day. Thank you for making our big day better than we could have imagined! I will be telling every bride-to-be about Bee for the Day.

Brooke and Kim were the "Bees" for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding on 12/30/16. We were able to handle the bulk of the planning and then hand it all over to Brooke towards the end. She composed our timeline, communicated with the vendors and took care of all details from that point forward (down to different earrings backs for me when mine were slipping off and a straw for our daughter's pop to avoid spilling on her gown). My husband and I only had to relax and enjoy the celebration. I have dubbed these gals "the bees knees" because they truly were that to us.

Brooke at Bee for the Day is phenomenal! I loved having her at my wedding! She was there for everything! She helped coordinate people around, kept the timeline on track, and helped with any questions or needs we had. She was ready for everything that day. I swear she's more prepared than Mary Poppins. She made the day that much more enjoyable because my bridal party and I didn't have to worry about the small details of the wedding on the day of. Brooke/Bee for the Day was the best money we could have spend towards our wedding! She helped with my sister's wedding and we were blown away! When it was my turn to walk down the aisle- she was the first person I called! We were unsure about hiring a wedding coordinator initially but had several recommendations from close friends that Brooke and her team is the best. They could not imagine there wedding without Brooke there to help pull everyone/thing together. I could not agree more! I would of been lost on my wedding day without the Bee's. They were so helpful and now looking back they made the wedding amazing! Any problem we had they fixed it, if someone needed a mint they were on it or you needed another drink they got it for you! Having them made my day so much less stressful as well as my mother's day & my mother in law's day...we were so impressed with them. I honestly do not know how anyone has a wedding without using the Bee's. I suggest every couple who is getting married that there venue doesn't have a planner use them.

Brooke and the Bees were absolutely wonderful to work with!! Brooke worked with me a few days before the wedding to make some last minute adjustments to our agenda to make sure that our large family photos occurred because she knew that was important to us. On the day of the wedding the Bees were there to make everything ran smoothly and took care of things I didn't even think we would need to worry about during the day. Rework your budget to use the Bees! Seriously worth every cent. I am not a details person but the Bees totally are on their game! Just in their presence you feel organized. For example, at one point during my reception Rachel found a bottle of contact solution for a guest and Mary was was helping the photographers organize a picture of stubborn guys. It just shows their flexibility and detail down to every unexpected event. Brooke planned out my entire day down to the minute and contacted all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I did not feel one ounce of stress. I am telling you WORTH EVERY PENNY!

My experience with the Bees was outstanding. Brooke, Dani and Tiffany were amazing. My goal was to be relaxed on my wedding day, not worry about anything, have fun and enjoy the day. They helped me do just that. Dani and Tiffany took such good care of us starting at the rehearsal on Friday, right up to the end of the night on Saturday. I did not have to worry about a single thing. I can not say enough wonderful things about them. Our wedding day was so spectacular, perfect in every way and they made that happen.

If you are debating if should get a wedding planner, the answer is YES! We had a wonderful experience with Brooke. She is so great to work with. She is very friendly, professional, and reliable. Her knowledge is priceless. My daughters wedding day was so much fun. Her "Bee's" Michelle and Jenna were amazing! We owe a ton to these ladies for working so hard to make the day truly perfect. Every detail was taken care of and I am so grateful for Brooke and her team.
