Olay was an absolute dream come true. From my first consultation she made me feel so cared for. Her skills are like no other and if I had to choose a word to describe them it would be “surgical”. Her precision and dedication to not only hair but, her Bride is out of this world. Her energy is so positive and her is such a thoughtful woman. It’s evident that Olay doesn’t just do hair, she provides an experience, one that goes beyond the chair. Her assistant stylist Qianna is just as wonderful, the way they work together to achieve the desired look and experience is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Qianna is also extremely caring and thoughtful. Both Olay and Qianna have the softness hands I’ve ever hair touch my hair lol. My entire service was gentle and I felt at peace. I’ve never had a gentle sew in, they achieved that effortlessly, focusing on hair care and not just “the look”. I love Olay and Qiana dearly and they helped make this the best time of my life. Olay is worth every penny, sheer quality!

When I booked with Olay, I was so excited to work with her based on photos on line. She did not disappoint. I had no problem communicating with her and she was always so responsive and kind. She dedicated time to speak with me prior to our install appointment and I was able to make it clear what kind of style I wanted. She was very thorough in telling me what she needed to make my dream hair style for my wedding come true. It was truly a pleasure working with her. I felt even more comfortable in her salon during my install. Her and Quianna took time with my natural hair and I could tell that they cared about my hair and not just getting the style right. On the day of the wedding, she arrived on time and she was very patient and professional even with minor interruptions such as people talking to me or asking me questions. She gave me a time line in advance and it was so helpful in order to coordinate with the make up artist. I enjoyed this seamless process so much. I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life. The hair style came out even better than I could of imagined. I only wish I could have rocked that hairstyle forever. Thank you Olay for everything.
