Maysa was the third artist I had a trial bridal hair and makeup done and has absolutely no equal. Finding a makeup artist I liked was unexpectedly one of the most difficult parts of planning my wedding. Maysa is an exquisite makeup artist and partners with a hairstylist, I found that many artists were hair stylists that learned some makeup to make money in the wedding circuit. The trial was a treat! I was over the moon about the look she provided and it was actually fun! On my wedding day, she showed up a few minutes early and worked incredibly hard to complete looks for all my bridesmaids (I had 6). She’s really the whole package: lovely personality, on trend makeup expertise, and professional business acumen. This trifecta makes her an absolute unicorn. I had a terrible time with other artists not being able to find their tools, being replaced with another artist to “cover me”, and the makeup just not looking good despite trying to give polite feedback. Maysa is the platinum standard. There’s nothing I would change.
