Lindsey was amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about this experience because of the work that she put in. I came to her with a very specific vision that she executed to perfection. She was able to contribute so much with her recommendations, graphic design, and just pure experience of the industry. She was able to conduct a full rehearsal with my large wedding party (24 people - not an easy task) and received praise for her dedication throughout the day. She was able to keep me on point/task and was able to provide a creative eye where needed. She went above and beyond helping with my bar signs, programs, and finding other decorations. She actually listened to what I was wanting and made it her mission to create my dream day - which she did!! I recommend 110%!!!!

Lindsey with Bearcat Events was amazing. Even though we only booked her "week of/day of" planning package, she made herself available to help us if needed months before the wedding with choosing vendors or anything else. She was very attentive, and always truly listened to what we wanted. She was a life saver on multiple occasions with guests were suddenly coming who had said they weren't, or when we lost access to the venue's speakers she was there and ready to help and she always came up with a solution. Our wedding was more beautiful than either my wife or I imagined it and Lindsey truly elevated our wishes to make it the perfect day. We loved that she made everything very personal and especially loved that the brought us French fries from our French fry bar while we were taking pictures. We could not have asked for a smoother wedding day and it was all thanks to Lindsey. I would highly recommend that anyone getting married in Knoxville or the surrounding areas book Lindsey for any of her wedding coordination packages. She is amazing and your wedding will, without a doubt, be stunning!

When wedding planning every bride needs someone who will go the extra mile. I met Lindsey Collins by fate and I truly am thankful for it every day. She made planning so easy and not stressful. I was really able to breathe and enjoy the process! Lindsey kept me in the loop with all the vendors. She managed all the decor. She even picked up my breakfast the day off! She was on top of everything! There are no issues she can not handle when you book with her! She is also inclusive and that was so important for me and my wife.
