  Working with Lindsey Collins was incredible! She really listens to understand and creates your vision!

  When wedding planning every bride needs someone who will go the extra mile. I met Lindsey Collins by fate and I truly am thankful for it every day. She made planning so easy and not stressful. I was really able to breathe and enjoy the process! Lindsey kept me in the loop with all the vendors. She managed all the decor. She even picked up my breakfast the day off! She was on top of everything! There are no issues she can not handle when you book with her! She is also inclusive and that was so important for me and my wife. She really accepted and appreciated us as a couple and it was so beautiful. Our experience could not have been better! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone.

  Amazing! Highly Recommend!

  Lindsey Collins is absolutely amazing! She was so organized and detailed. She kept us on schedule and made sure my day was flawless. I would hands down recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. She made sure all the fine details were handled and met my vision perfectly.

  Phenomenal

  Lindsey of Bearcat was my brain in the month before our wedding. She helped me think big picture when I was caught in details. She was a huge communication support with our vendors. She is professional, has an easy personality to get along with, and reduced my stress dramatically on the day of our wedding - she orchestrated a team of ten dudes to decorate, and our venue was GORGEOUS when I came in. She truly has a talent. Be kind to your future self and Hire her!

  Absolute joy to work with!

  Look no further for a wedding planner- Lindsey is your girl! Leading up to the wedding she was detailed, thoughtful and super organized. She was available when I had any question, whether small or not. For our rehearsal she was super knowledgeable and effortlessly assembled the bridal party. On the day of the wedding she arrived early to ensure coordination of vendors. Once the day got started she was our planner/ friend/ superhero/ coordinator/ lifesaver. Working with Lindsey made our day feel effortless so we could truly enjoy every moment. I cannot recommend her enough!!

  Above and beyond

  Lindsey is absolutely amazing! She immediately made us feel like she had our backs and would handle anything we needed. We ended up hiring her for month-of coordination, which we could not recommend more. We had a very specific vision and very detailed plans going in to our month-of period, and Lindsey took all of our ideas and brought them to life. She left no detail unaddressed. She coordinated with many difficult vendors, helped us through when we had last-minute issues, and single-handedly kept our wedding cake from melting in 99% humidity. She was not only our coordinator, but our friend and advocate throughout the day, making sure we had food and water and space to breathe. The day went almost 100% as we planned (at least from our perspective) and we could not imagine handing the reins to anyone else.

  Wonderful DOC

  Lindsey and I had the pleasure of working with each other for over 1.5 years. After my wedding got cancelled (twice), we kept in touch over that span of time that we couldn’t really plan anything until we had a better grasp on the pandemic. Once our third and final date was set, Lindsey was there daily for me! She picked up every call, FaceTime, text, and email. She talked with me over the smallest and largest ideas for my perfect wedding day. We went over what responsibilities I wanted from
  Her on my day, and she exceeded all my expectations. My wedding day went smoothly and efficiently. So happy to have worked with Lindsey and would refer her always!

  Lindsey was incredible to work with! We booked her for week-of services and her check-ins starting 4 weeks ahead of the date were beyond helpful to make sure all of our loose ends were tied up. She immediately understood our vision and prioritized the things that were important to us. In moments of stress, she not only handled everything smoothly but also had a really positive outlook with great advice and kept us laughing. Our wedding was a perfect day and I know we wouldn't have been able to enjoy it as much without Lindsey there taking care of the little things (and some bigger things) too. Our buses bringing guests to the ceremony were about 40 minutes late (which was out of her control) but Lindsey was on top of communication with the driver, ensuring all vendors were looped into the new timeline and made sure that our guests that were on time had water and champagne to sip during the wait.
  
  If you're on the fence about Bearcat Events (or needing a coordinator in general) just know that you'll be able to spend so much more time enjoying the day with your friends and family if you and your wedding party are able to hand all of the day-off tasks off to someone trustworthy like Lindsey.

  Weight lifted off my shoulders!

  I can’t recommend Lindsey enough! When I first talked to her on the phone over a year ago I felt relieved knowing she was helping with week of coordinating for our wedding. Although it’s more so “month of coordinating” because she gets so involved a month before to make sure she has all the necessary info in order to make your day perfect!   Fantastic wedding coordinator

  Lindsey is absolutely amazing and extremely reasonably priced in comparison with other wedding vendors. She is so on top of her stuff, I seriously couldn’t have done my wedding day without her. If you’re looking for someone super organized, informed, and professional, hire this boss a$$ lady!!

  Lindsey and Bearcat Events were amazing to work with. They provided us with direction and made the entire wedding process seamless. I told her that everything went perfectly on our big day, and I wouldn't have known if it didn't, which is exactly what I wanted in a day of planner.   Hired a vendor, got a friend

  Lindsey is an amazing wedding planner. She really takes the time to get to know you and your partner and use that information to help you plan for your day. She went above and beyond for my husband and me. She was consistently considerate of our budget but also offered ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. Lindsey's charm and hospitality are what sold us on Bearcat Events, but her down-to-earth, caring nature is our favorite thing about her. If I ever had to do it again, I would hire Lindsey in a heartbeat.

  The BEST! a must have on your wedding day

  I knew I needed a day of planner, but didn’t know how much until hiring Bearcat Events. Lindsey had every single detail of the day covered, from sunrise to sunset. She made sure that neither my husband or I (or our families) had to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, Lindsey was extremely responsive, organized and always so pleasant to talk to. She has the sweetest personality, with a get s*** done mind set. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I’m so glad I found Lindsey, our wedding would not have been the same without her!

  So much more than a wedding planner

  Lindsey is not only and OUTSTANDING planner, but an all-around incredible human being. I'm a Corona Bride, so my wedding planning experience was less than a dream, but Lindsey went above and beyond to talk me through it, collaborate to find solutions, and just be there for me to vent and complain when I felt no one else understood what I was going through. Furthermore, I only hired her for day-of-planning so this technically wasn't even "her problem" to deal with!! But she was there every step of the way with lists, ideas, and a great attitude. She never once made me feel like she was a hired vendor but more so a friend. I would recommend Bearcat Events ten times over to any bride looking for a wedding planner with the added bonus of human connection. Wedding planning is her business, but creating your dream is her passion.
