After many shops, I didn't think I could ever find the right one. Soni was recommended by a neighbor and after seeing reviews I knew if anyone could do it it was her! She listened to what I wanted but also provided her own expertise to help me find the perfect dress. She ended up being able to order a custom gown that had exactly what I wanted. I didn't even know what I wanted without her help! She was very accommodating, communicative, kind, and professional; she gave me the most beautiful dress I could ever have imagined. What I love about Soni is how fast she responds. I initially called her and left a voicemail. She called me back as soon as she can. Afterwards, we communicated a lot through text--again, immediate response. She works really fast as well. I was actually a customer of another store that went bankrupt and I didn't have my dress still (3 months before my wedding). Soni helped me by getting my dress from Casablanca asap and she made sure all the alterations are perfect. She was very quick with the alteration. Soni made me feel calm and made me know that everything will be okay because she got my back (everything was definitely okay!).

Soni has an eye for this business. She can tell whether the dress suits you or not and she will give suggestions as she sees it. She is exactly who I needed because I don't know what looks good on me or not. She is there for the brides throughout the entire time. She will check up on you after you pick up your dress and make sure you are good to go! She is the rock :)

Soni is just amazing. I had been dress shopping in multiple states and just couldn't settle for sure on a dress, although I found one I liked a lot. I came to Soni, and she immediately could see what alterations needed to be made to the dress I liked to make it fit me perfectly. Several months after ordering the dress, I asked for the dress 6+ months ahead of schedule; and Soni didn't hesitate before saying she could do it. In most bridal shops, an attendant helps the bride pick a dress, then 6 months later the bride comes back for a dress fitting and only then she meets the seamstress who is at that point limited in what can be done to fix the dress. Soni is the ultimate dress whisperer. She's a typical proud Korean auntie - direct and honest with no verbal filter and a little unpolished, yet she means the absolute best and will give you 110% of her undivided attention. Go prepared with an open mind, and let her work her magic on you!

She owns a cramped little dress shop in a strip mall of unlikely places, packed to the brim with dress samples. It's best to do some preliminary research and have a general idea of your ideal dress, as she will let you know straight-up whether she has something in store that's suitable to your taste. She also won't bring out more than 3 dresses in the 1-hour time slot, so best to use her time wisely. 1) DO your research: Try on dresses prior to your visit so that you know what kind of dresses you love/hate; take pictures, use Pinterest, etc. Be able to clarify the image you want in your venue. 2) KNOW your budget: She has an eye for things, and will try and suggest relevant purchases if it seems to fit your overall image. If you have a hard budget, make sure you stick to your guns because her suggestions are hard to turn down! 3) KNOW yourself: Soni has professional training in dress alterations so she has a discerning eye for selecting dresses that flatter the body according to your body type. So be realistic and know your body (ie. height, body figure and shape), and overall image you want to project.

For me, she nailed my dress on the first try when I first spoke to her on the phone, and with her suggested customizations, I had a dress that made me look and feel amazing right out of the box. You won't regret going with Soni to find your dress!

Soni at BB Bridal was fantastic. She helped me identify the exact dress shape that fit my body perfectly. I wasn't a bride to walk into the shop with the exact idea of what I wanted, I had very little idea of what I wanted, just that I wanted to look amazing. The second dress she put me in was the one I purchased. I went to 4 other shops after I visited Soni and came back and purchased that dress. She was so detailed with the measurements the dress needed no alterations once it arrived. I am so grateful that she knew what looked good on my body. I felt amazing on my wedding day and the dress fit like it was made just for me.

I first started my dress hunt at the larger bridal gown stores (David's Bridal and Bay area bridal) before going here. My friend actually recommended Soni, the owner. She's been selling wedding dresses for 20+ years. It's a small store filled with dresses, but don't be deceived. I showed Soni pictures of the other dresses I tried on. And based on my what I tried on, she could tell what I was looking for. And she picked the best dress based on my body shape. Soni can be blunt and bossy, but in a funny & nice way lol, and I liked that. She'll tell you what looks good on your body. Literally the 2nd dress she picked for me was the one I bought. I LOVED my dress and so did my husband. =) Soni really knows her stuff!

Before finding BB Bridal, I was left frustrated after going to other stores. Soni listened to what I wanted, looked at my body pulled a dress. It looked so beautiful! She had a lot of great advice for me and was very helpful with putting together the rest of my look that fit my personality and keeping comfort in mind too.

Also, I had a lot of trouble finding bridesmaids dresses. I searched many stores and all over online for 3 months and was not able to find it. During a visit to BB Bridal, I told Soni about this and in less than 5 minutes she was able to find and pull out a picture of the dress that I had been searching for and helped me order them. I would have saved a lot of time and stress if I had just gone to her first.

After having seen my sister's wedding dress selection process, I knew where I didn't want to go when it was my turn. I went to 2 other wedding dress boutiques before I found BB Bridal.

When I made my appointment to meet Soni, she asked me to bring pictures of what I already tried on so we could save some in the process, which was essential since I had a shorter engagement period than most brides. As soon as I walked in, she was warm and straight-forward. She asked me quality questions to get to know my style, she listened and she is thoughtful. And the first dress she asked me to try on is "the dress!" But just in case, we tried on a few more dresses only to come back to the first dress. I ordered it on the spot, along with the veil and sash.

She even helped my then-fiance make the outfit custom for me! They worked together, bouncing ideas back and forth over a couple weeks, on customizing the sash we added and designing the jewelry I wore with the dress. The whole outfit was beyond my dreams.
