I reached out to Brooke last year about our wedding cake. She gave so many recommendations and asked for inspo photos. Brooke was so delightful and oh so kind! Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but delicious and one of my favorite parts of our wedding day! I still can’t wait to see our professional photos because it deserves to be publicized 😍

Bayside bakery has been the best company we have found as far as any business goes. Brooke has been very helpful and has even done everything she could have to help us. We didn’t want traditional wedding cake, instead wanted cheesecake which she gave several options for as well. She worked with us through a few reschedulings of our wedding due to Covid. She even met with us before hand for a tasting preview to help us pick flavors. She has been great with meeting us instead of always having to drive somewhere on someone else’s terms. She answers questions and emails very quickly and is considered a friend in our home. (She may be tired of us by now :-P) we even used her for our daughters smash cake on her birthday. We highly recommend her and will continue to use her ourselves.

Doing business with Bayside Bakery was great! She was so responsive! I first messaged her through wedding wire very late at night and didnt expect an answer till the next day, but she responded within 5 minutes! Her responsiveness was quick and thorough throughout the whole planning process. She is professional and understanding ! There was a mishap with me paying her too early (before I had the final guest count), so apologetically I reached out to see if she would be willing to give me a refund for a smaller sized cake, she did with no issue. :) (She also gives you complimentary top portion of the cake to be eaten for your one year anniversary!)
Last but not least, I didnt have a chance to meet with her in person so I sent her a pic of what I hoped my cake could look similar to (the picture with the cake on the white table) and to my surprise when I walked into our reception hall I saw she made an exact clone of the picture I sent her (the cake on the gold table cloth is the one Brooke made). I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed at her work!! Thank you so much Brooke, for being a part of my special day!! Keep doing what you're doing! Your work is great :)
