  The best and cutest wedding cake!

  I reached out to Brooke last year about our wedding cake. She gave so many recommendations and asked for inspo photos. Brooke was so delightful and oh so kind! Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but delicious and one of my favorite parts of our wedding day! I still can’t wait to see our professional photos because it deserves to be publicized 😍

  Number 1 option for baking needs!!!

  Bayside bakery has been the best company we have found as far as any business goes. Brooke has been very helpful and has even done everything she could have to help us. We didn’t want traditional wedding cake, instead wanted cheesecake which she gave several options for as well. She worked with us through a few reschedulings of our wedding due to Covid. She even met with us before hand for a tasting preview to help us pick flavors. She has been great with meeting us instead of always having to drive somewhere on someone else’s terms. She answers questions and emails very quickly and is considered a friend in our home. (She may be tired of us by now :-P) we even used her for our daughters smash cake on her birthday. We highly recommend her and will continue to use her ourselves.

  Effortlessly Perfection

  Doing business with Bayside Bakery was great! She was so responsive! I first messaged her through wedding wire very late at night and didnt expect an answer till the next day, but she responded within 5 minutes! Her responsiveness was quick and thorough throughout the whole planning process. She is professional and understanding ! There was a mishap with me paying her too early (before I had the final guest count), so apologetically I reached out to see if she would be willing to give me a refund for a smaller sized cake, she did with no issue. :) (She also gives you complimentary top portion of the cake to be eaten for your one year anniversary!)
  Last but not least, I didnt have a chance to meet with her in person so I sent her a pic of what I hoped my cake could look similar to (the picture with the cake on the white table) and to my surprise when I walked into our reception hall I saw she made an exact clone of the picture I sent her (the cake on the gold table cloth is the one Brooke made). I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed at her work!! Thank you so much Brooke, for being a part of my special day!! Keep doing what you're doing! Your work is great :)

  Very pleased!!

  Bayside Bakery exceeded our expectations for our wedding! Brooke is very organized and thorough when planning what we needed for our big wedding. I felt confident knowing she was taking care of the cake and cupcakes and didn't need to worry about that part of the planning at all. The day of the wedding, she took care of setting everything up beautifully so that we could focus on other things for the day. Not only were the cake and cupcakes gorgeous to look at, they were so delicious! We were so pleased with her services - I would definitely recommend her to do weddings of any size!

  Cake and cupcakes

  Bayside made adorable themed cupcakes for my son’s birthday. His favorite cartoon couldn’t be found in other cake bakeries or grocery stores. No problem! Bayside bakery was creative and talented enough to pull it off!

  Amazing, Highly Recommend!

  BaySide Bakery did a three-tier cake for my wedding. It was absolutely perfect - exactly what I asked for and then some! Brooke was incredibly professional and is super talented. I highly recommend Brooke and BaySide Bakery for any wedding or party needs!

From the cake tasting to designing my wedding cupcakes and cake, everything was perfect. I continue to use Bayside Bakery for my personal event cakes, and recommend them to anyone that asks! Brooke does amazing, artistic work, her cakes are moist and delicious, AND she is affordable. Do not hesitate to contact them, you will be so glad you did!

  Bayside is my go-to for any major event, party, or surprise mailed gift to friends and family! Brooke has baked for my bridal shower (didn’t have cake at the weddinng, or it would have been Bayside!), baby shower, will be the vendor for my son’s first birthday party next month, and has made adorable Christmas cookies (and baby announcement cookies!) to send to our-of-state family. Brooke is so easy to work with and is beyond talented - I cannot recommend her enough!

The colors were perfect, the cake and cupcakes were delicious, and she made sure it was everything I asked for. I even made a special request, as my wedding cake doubled as a gender reveal cake for my baby (we were 3 months pregnant at our wedding). It was perfect! All of our guests enjoyed the cutting of the wedding/gender reveal cake! I highly recommend Bayside Bakery!
