Facilities and Capacity
The Irene Lawrence Fuller House not only boasts pleasing structural design but possesses an interesting past as well. Constructed in 1892, it was relocated to its current home in 1984 via a barge over Lake Erie, fleeing its impending demolition plans. This momentous journey made international headlines and established a landmark at the Bayarts campus. After its restoration in 2010, it became the cultural center and art institution that it is today. The Fuller House features Victorian-style architecture, two attached gazebos, and a wrap-around porch. The decor of BAYarts complements weddings with humble yet refined themes. Handmade and upcycled furnishings throughout the venue affect a vintage-inspired atmosphere, perfect for modern and traditional wedding concepts alike. The spacious property provides a picturesque backdrop for outdoor celebrations. Couples can opt to set up their event around the Norfolk and Western Railroad Company caboose, a popular point of interest of the venue. Wedding guests are sure to enjoy the lush gardens across the grounds and views of the nearby Metroparks. Guest parking is also available on location.
BAYarts, being an in-operation art campus, models their guest services around facilitating meaningful social and cultural events. Their skilled staff is experienced in wedding planning and can assist couples as they transform wedding dreams into realities. With an express goal to alleviate stress for every couple and their guests, BAYarts sets the stage for sensational experiences. The event personnel takes care of setup and teardown concerns, while a varied selection of event rentals ensures that everything is in place for the big day. At BAYarts, couples can put their trust in the capable hands of the venue’s employees as they sit back and savor their milestone occasion.

This venue is unique and stunning. After a quick tour you can you can see how beautiful it is. However, the best part is the service. The people who run BayArts truly made our day magical. Every detail was beautiful and they make the day so easy for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!Sent on 07/03/2018

UPDATE to pre-wedding review below: the "party of our lives" was everything we wanted -- and more. Everything was done up beautifully and the service was FANTASTIC. Guests loved the ability to float around, grab some food, grab some drinks, slide into another table...and do it all again.Sent on 03/29/2017
Diana and Kelly were amazing to work with, and seriously worked their butts off to make our party FABULOUS. They even brought me food when they realized I hadn't eaten anything. Nothing but praise from all of our guests.
No pro pics yet but here's a non pro. So gorgeous.
Love at first sight with this venue. They dump all the things I hate about wedding receptions -- big round tables, cookie cutter rooms -- and instead have 2 and 4 top tables and are set up for food stations. Weather could have a big impact, since seating is on the porch, but these guys seem prepared for that. I cannot wait to have the party of our lives there.

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. Beautiful and relaxed. The staff took great care of us setting up our decor, making custom art, and making sure my husband and I took time to eat!Sent on 09/24/2017
