Facilities and Capacity
Bay View Weddings can accommodate small, intimate weddings or all the way up to 300 guests for a sit-down dinner. There are numerous outdoor locations on the property to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, including beautiful rolling hills and other scenic views. You can also rent a tent to use for your event in case of inclement weather or to have a covered outdoor option. Bay View can also serve as your elopement destination as it overlooks miles of Leelanau and Grand Traverse Counties. There is ample parking available on-site.
Bay View provides a day-of coordinator to work with you leading up to your big day and then to ensure the day runs smoothly. There are tables and chairs available to rent, but you also have the option to use an outside vendor for rentals including linens and other decor you would like to use to bring your wedding vision to life. The venue appreciates and values each couple in selecting their own vendors, including licensed caterers for your food and beverages.
