I reserved a Margarita Machine from this company. The service, professionalism and delivery of the machine was great; until the machine did not want to work. The margarita machine did not want to generate ice to make frozen margaritas. The wedding was at my best friend's house, and my friend tried different outlets to get the machine working. Even calling upon an electrician to make sure there was enough current running through the house for the machine to receive the wattage it needed to work. My friend called the company to solve the problem, but the company gave only suggestions (which my friend already did) to resolve the matter. My friend tried once more. Called the company and they did not answer the phone. I was without frozen margaritas. Thankfully, a friend filled in and made margaritas on the rocks. The company did not try to replace the broken machine. They did not reimburse our money for the not using the machine. They said it was because we did not have enough electricity to get the compressor working.
