Everyone at Barnes were a complete dream to work with. Not only did they help my fiance chose a breathtaking ring for me, but they were so helpful when helping me pick out a band for him. I also had a small stone fall out after I banged my hand really hard and couldn't find the stone, but they replaced it for free. They are so kind and courteous, and they know their product and selection much better than the chain stores around town. We will definitely use them for all jewelry purchases in the future!
