We worked with Bari for our wedding in Sea Ranch. Hiring Bari was hands down the best and most important decision we made during the wedding planning process. Not only did she flawlessly bring our vision to life, but she also made the entire process smooth, transparent, and consistently focused on what we wanted. We really trusted Bari: all our passing and detailed comments were taken to heart and perfectly executed, and on top of that, she consistently advocated for us when we encountered challenges along the way. Not only did Bari make the process seamless and fun, she was truly masterful with her weekend-of coordination. Bari’s command of the wedding day logistics was unmatched. As a very type A couple, we felt complete ease and trust letting go, which allowed us to be present and take in every moment throughout the weekend. Meanwhile, Bari communicated across families and wedding parties, organized a complex transportation schedule for 150 guests, and orchestrated across several vendors (including a multi-day build and install). All the vendors noted that they really appreciated Bari’s communication and thorough attention to detail. Bari was even present until the party ended at 2AM, ensuring all guests got home safely and that both the guests and venue were well taken care of. Amidst this all, Bari somehow managed to be so present and hands on with us as if there were five of her. At the end of our wedding, many remarked that she felt like part of the family.


Finally, and maybe most importantly, Bari is an exceptional person. We planned this wedding with her for the better part of two years, and Bari was so reliably good and lived up to (and exceeded) the commitments she made to us during our first interview calls with her. We believe it stems from her reason why – it’s so clear her motivations for being a planner are centered around celebrating love and creating genuinely joyful and memorable experiences curated and personalized for her couples and their families and friends. Working with Bari was a true delight. My daughter and her now husband chose Bari to help them plan their May 2024 wedding in Petaluma CA. She included me (as needed) along the way. The wedding was magnificent. Not only were ALL her recommendations spot on - she managed everything and made sure the wedding party, families and guests had what they needed. We worried about nothing as Bari made sure she and her team handled the event from start to finish. We were able to enjoy a perfect day!

Bari… where do we even begin! She was our SAVING GRACE during our wedding. After scrambling to find a planner after parting ways with our previous one, we instantly clicked with Bari and knew she was the one for the job. Look, I know wedding planner reviews are a little odd because: what do you have to compare it to? Well, luckily for you, we did two things 1) shopped around, and 2) gathered sufficient data points from our friends' weddings and their experience with their planners.
In short, Bari is top-notch across the board: organized, comprehensive, approachable, and leaves no stones unturned. She's especially great at "getting your style" and then curating options to match it (this is honestly something we saw our friend's struggle with). We were super busy at times, and Bari was able to keep the ball rolling. Other times we wanted to jump into the deep-end and go over every detail, and Bari was also able to accommodate that. Our wedding was an absolute dream thanks to Bari's guidance and planning!

Our wedding day was perfect and went so smoothly thanks to Bari and her team. The planning process never felt overwhelming with her help. She communicated with all our vendors directly and the web portal she provided came in handy even after the wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and so tastefully done. When we entered the reception it was breathtaking. Bari really made our vision a reality. If anything went wrong (which I don't think did), I really would have never known. Our friends have sent us many emails on how incredible it all was. If anyone is ever looking for a wedding planner, Bari is the first person we will recommend. We are grateful to Bari and her team for allowing us to just enjoy every moment with the assurance that everything was being taken care of.

I have always been the most organized, detail oriented, type-A person I have ever known…until I met Bari. I knew planning and organizing a wedding was going to be big task and the minute we met Bari, we knew she understood our vision and would be able to execute to our high standards down to the very last detail, with style and grace. To be more specific, Bari stuck with us through two pandemic delays, ensured all our vendors stayed informed, and had such patience with us as we “refined” our design choices countless times. Her communication was excellent and she was always overly prepared and a step ahead when we would meet with other vendors. Not only was she always prepared, but she handled challenges with grace when they inevitably arose. When we ran into an issue with one of our vendors days before the wedding, Bari jumped in and took over all communication so we could focus on hosting our friends and family as they were arriving. By the time our day arrived, Bari had the issue resolved and exceeded our highest expectations! Bari also remembered every detail we discussed with her…from how we wanted the apps to be served so nobody missed out, all the way down to the color our signature cocktails should be! I can’t say enough good things about Bari. If you are having a wedding, you NEED a planner and I promise you won’t find a better one than Bari.
