David Huff of Indianapolis, started catering in 2006 and quickly became known for his mouth watering wood smoked barbecue. All of the barbecue is smoked on his one of a kind 30' smoker using all natural woods, the true traditional way. His success in the catering business led to the opening of the one and only Barbecue and Bourbon restaurant.

Since opening it has been featured in the Indy Star, Indianapolis Business Journal, Indianapolis Monthly, Fox 59, WTHR, WRTV and the Speedway Spectacular, being recognized for the amazing food and welcoming atmosphere.
