Lindsey at Bang was an incredible asset to my wedding day. She went above and beyond at my hair and makeup trial to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my look. The morning of my wedding, my bridal party and I were so impressed by Lindsey and her team. Not only were they super kind and laid back, but they were extremely efficient and did and incredible job. My girls and I looked great - classic, romantic and elegant, just as I had hoped for. Highly recommend!

The BANG team traveled 3 hrs north to be there for my wedding. They brought such a wonderful and positive vibe to the morning of the wedding - such a special time. Everyone was happy with their hair and makeup and we stayed on schedule and even made it to the church on time. My airbrush makeup was natural and stayed on flawlessly all night. Thank you the BANG Blowdry Bar team and Lindsey. Highly recommended!!

Although a little bit on the expensive side, this is a fantastic place! They have a great atmosphere and is a nice place for your party and family to hang out while everyone gets done up for the wedding. Everyone who got their hair done for the wedding loved it. All the ladies who work there are lovely.

The Bang team did hair and make up for myself and my family. Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup. They even went the extra mile with my younger daughters and added some "sparkle" to their eyes so they didn't miss out on the makeup experience. Too sweet. My airbrush makeup was natural and stayed on flawlessly all night. I have been a BANG customer for years and love seeing their growth and continued success. Thank you to Lindsey and her team for the part they played in making our day perfect.

They are great for individual appointments but DO NOT USE THEM FOR BRIDAL PARTIES. They expect the entire bridal party to be there the entire time and will not assign time slots for bridal party members like the flower girl, mother of the groom or bride as to not monopolize their entire day. Lindsey is not very clear about this policy in the begging and then will give the bride a hard time for showing up 20 minutes late. At 20 after 2 of our girls were still sitting on the couch, she didn't even start styling them when they arrived. She is rude and caused the bride to panic and stress on her wedding day! She had only 3 stylists there to do hair and makeup for 10 people (including the bride) in 3 hours, and one of the stylists took 3 other clients during our scheduled time! Then expected that all 10 of us would sit there and watch/wait the entire morning/afternoon. It is a poor way to handle a guaranteed income for the day! Owner is inflexible and treated us like an inconvenience.

My wedding day/pictures were ruined by this owner. They changed my appointment multiple times, up to a day and a half before my ceremony. After 3x discussing the final details, they still didn't have it right upon our arrival. The owner assaulted us with insults for not accommodating her tight schedule. She screamed and yelled about her appointments she scheduled immediately after us, and possibly may not get started on time (turns out it was her male relatives/last minute scheduling/walk-in). When we confronted her about changing the times, her receptionist began to yell that we have no right to say it was an unprofessional experience and to “shut up”.
They refused to include a shampoo with the bridesmaids up-do ‘s because 2 and a 1/2 hours was not enough time.
My hair was nothing like I requested and discussed during my trial. My veil was not put in, and my make-up was sponge applied, not airbrushed as charged. The owner’s response was, “I AM AN ARTIST”. “I must have respect, not called unprofessional in my environment”. We had to hastily borrow a hotel room to re-do my make-up and hair 20 minutes before I walked down the aisle.
The place was crowded and disorganized with dirty towels laying all over the place. My veil ended up on the floor for over an hour collecting hair and residue on it. It was unsanitary –all the tools/utensils were dirty and almost looked second hand in every way, including her would be white couch.
I am still flabbergasted and remember my scars from that day every time I look at my wedding pictures. Please do not go here for a bridal party session –YOU WILL NOT get what you pay for. I have filed a BBB complaint due to the terrible experience inflicted upon me and my guests.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. In my opinion, there are many other nicer, better salons with staff and owners that show they actually appreciate their customers. I experienced what I believe to be the most unprofessional owner that I have ever encountered in a business (Lindsey). We had a bridal party and, unfortunately, were 30 minutes late due to a ride error. We realized that this wasn't ideal and apologized. When we arrived, the owner proceeded to berate and lecture the bride to the point of causing the bride to break down in tears. Instead of apologizing, the owner launched into her tirade a second time when the bride was explaining to her wedding planner why she was crying. As the wedding planner and maid of honor politely asked the owner to please stop with her lecture and to just perform the services she and her staff were being paid to perform, the owner got even more argumentative, arguing with multiple people at once who were simply asking her to act professional and do her job. To make matters worse, the owner of the salon allowed her very unprofessional receptionist to argue and yell at the bride, the wedding planner, and the bridesmaids. The owner was so "flustered" that she didn't know if she could continue on with completing hair and makeup for the bride, claiming that she is an "artist" and that this type of disruption was overwhelming and frustrating to her. SHE WAS SO UPSET THAT SHE HAD TO TAKE A 15 MIN BREAK, leaving the bride crying in her chair with wet hair. I’m confused how a 30 minute delay would be enough to warrant a business ownwr yelling at and berating her PAYING CUSTOMERS to the point of tears. I have been part of many weddings and, in my opinion, this place is an absolute joke. I actually feel sorry for the stylists working there. It’s a negative experience etched in my memory, and (sadly) the bride’s memory.
