I called the store and asked if they had a design I had seen on their website. I got to try it on and they did me up just like "say yes to the dress." I felt like a real bride and said yes! The dress fits beautifully and the people who work there are so kind. I would recommend this store anyone looking for formal wear in the area!

The ladies here were so great to work with! We used Ballew’s for my bridesmaids dresses and they were beautiful! The dresses showed up in a timely manner and in perfect condition!

Loved my experience with Ballews. Bought my wedding gown and my sisters gown from here in 2015 and 2019 and both instances were met with excellent customer service! Many dresses to choose from. I would recommend calling and making an appointment especially on Saturday because it is their busiest day.

The girls at Ballew Bridal truly wanted to make me feel and look my absolute best on my wedding day! They were so friendly and caring! I felt so special going in there to pick up my dress and bridesmaids dress! They were so easy to work with and I never once stressed about any of the dresses! Ms. Ballew personally saved my wedding after The Alfred Angelo company closed it doors suddenly. She helped me find dresses for my wedding and quick shipped so they would be here in time for my wedding that is 2 months away. She was kind, caring and professional. Thanks for all you did for me.

We went to Ballews after first trying the Lowes Bridal in Arkansas and having a bad experience. Ballews was a complete 180.....the sales lady was very attentive and really listened to what I was looking for and helped me to find the exact dress I was looking for! Their shop closed at 6 p.m., but they stayed with us until nearly 8 p.m. helping us to find the perfect dress at a much better price than what we found at Lowes. Would highly recommend Ballews to any bride!

Ballew Bridal is where I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. All of the workers there are very friendly. They were very helpful when it came to listening to what I liked and didn't like. I had a great experience dress shopping with them!
