Our daughter insisted the food was the heart of her wedding, and with no planner, we took on organizing her New Hampshire celebration for 200 guests while she finished med school. After she found B&W Catering, we connected with Whitney, making countless calls over the year. Whitney’s patience, kindness, and thorough responses to endless questions were a godsend. The wedding day? Absolutely perfect, thanks to Whitney and Brent. Their food rivaled the finest restaurants—guests still rave two weeks later, calling it better than any five-star experience. The bride was overjoyed!

As New Mexicans, green chile was a must, and Brent’s special Hatch Green Chile Arancini appetizer was a showstopper. Beyond the cuisine, bumps arose, but Whitney jumped in with solutions, ensuring smoothness. The servers, too, shone with quick smiles, professionalism, and genuine warmth. We had SUCH a good experience with B&W Catering! Whitney & Brent are a dream team; they are organized, helpful with all the details (especially when planning a backyard wedding from scratch), and flexible with all our small little requests. We had so many questions about having everything we needed for the big day, and they helped us with every single one. Every member of their team was super professional and friendly on the wedding day and we all felt so well taken care of. Last but certainly not least, the food was INCREDIBLE. Our guests are still talking about how good everything was months later (the short ribs and house cured salmon FTW!) I can only hope someone they cater another event I attend soon!

Brent and Whitney put together the most incredible menu, which took into account all of the various dietary requests for everyone in attendance, including vegan, vegetarian, nut and shellfish allergies - you name it, we threw it at them! And the execution the day of was absolutely spectacular. Some of our personal highlights were the potato and cheese pierogis, fish and chips, and the three dips with veggies, meats and cheeses - but our guests have told us they've tried to recreate their salads at home because they were just that good!

And as if the food wasn't enough of a reason to gush about them, Brent and Whitney are just the sweetest and most pleasant people to work with. We cannot thank them enough! We got so lucky to find them and we are actively looking for an excuse to have them back!

Friends and family RAVED about the food at our wedding. Whitney and Brent crafted a delicious menu, served everything with impeccable service and were delightful to work with. They are excellent communicators and very kind people.

I’m a bit delayed in sharing this review (wedding was in June 22) but better late than never and B&W Catering (Brent and Whitney + their team) deserve all the praise and recognition considering how wonderful their work and partnership were.

B&W was actually one of my first vendor contacts. I had heard great things from another bride so knew I need them on my vendor team. And as our dates were getting finalized, B&W was the vendor I was unwilling to give up so the final date was entirely centered around them :)

And we threw them quite the curveball - make an entirely vegetarian menu. Brent was very kind to let us dig in on the menu ideation with him. We shared a few recipes over and we had a few rounds of refining the overall menu. We also asked them to incorporate a handful of products from the company we work for and did such a great job with them!

Whitney was incredible with her communication and as we got closer to the date, she was very helpful with all of the little details (who’s providing/pouring the water?!). And the team they compiled was wonderful and so great during the day.

The final curveball was when we asked Brent to speak to the menu during our dinner. It was important to us that we honored and featured not only him + the team but also the menu and the ingredients and where they were sourced. It wasn’t the norm but we’re so grateful that he did this.

And the most important part - EVERYONE RAVED ABOUT THE FOOD. Honestly, months and months later, I’m still getting comments that this was the best food people have had at a wedding. And this is also coming from people who love and eat meat.

Brent and Whitney are the absolute best. We worked with them on a custom menu and they more than delivered on it. Our guests were blown away by the food. Not only are they great cooks, but they are extremely organized, professional, and fun people. Can't recommend highly enough.

We recently hired B&W Catering for our wedding reception in Woodstock, Vermont. Our hope was to have a Cuban-inspired menu but with local farm-fresh foods and Brent & Whitney completely nailed it! Our guests have been raving about the food for the last month. It's all anyone has been able to talk about! We were so grateful to Brent for tweaking recipes and working with us to really give us the perfect wedding menu. The catering staff on the day of the wedding were all super friendly and easygoing. They were ready to go when our ceremony ended a little earlier than we anticipated and they were totally fine to keep food warming while our speeches went a little longer than planned. Without exaggeration, hiring B&W was the best vendor decision we made for our wedding day.

We connected with them a month before our small Covid micro-ceremony and our conversations could not have been more seamless.
It was so easy to set up things with Brent. He was really flexible and accomodating in offering us a variety of menu options, trying to manage our budget, and working with us to navigate through COVID Protocols safely.
On the day of the wedding, amidst the whirlwind of events - we did not even realise when the food was delivered and set up (multiple times!). My husband and I only managed to meet him and connect with him after the ceremony was over!
It is truly a dream come true to have such a relaxed experience in wedding planning and logistics coordination. Especially if you consider that due to COVID, we didn't have a chance to meet them ever before the wedding day!
And the food of course was incredible. End of the day - that is still the most important aspect and we were so happy to see our party all devouring the food!
