Brent and Whitney are the absolute best. We worked with them on a custom menu and they more than delivered on it. Our guests were blown away by the food. Not only are they great cooks, but they are extremely organized, professional, and fun people. Can't recommend highly enough. -

We recently hired B&W Catering for our wedding reception in Woodstock, Vermont. Our hope was to have a Cuban-inspired menu but with local farm-fresh foods and Brent & Whitney completely nailed it! Our guests have been raving about the food for the last month. It's all anyone has been able to talk about! We were so grateful to Brent for tweaking recipes and working with us to really give us the perfect wedding menu. The catering staff on the day of the wedding were all super friendly and easygoing. They were ready to go when our ceremony ended a little earlier than we anticipated and they were totally fine to keep food warming while our speeches went a little longer than planned. Without exaggeration, hiring B&W was the best vendor decision we made for our wedding day.

We loved working with Brent and Whitney for our wedding this summer! The entire process was seamless, from the initial proposal to our wedding day. Brent and Whitney worked with us to create a customized menu that was not only delicious but beautiful.
We received countless compliments on how delicious the meal was to how professional their staff was. The onsite team was incredibly helpful and we can not thank them enough for all of their hard work to make our wedding the best day of our lives!!
We cant recommend them enough for any type of event! -

Brent and Whitney were incredible to work with.
We connected with them a month before our small Covid micro-ceremony and our conversations could not have been more seamless.
It was so easy to set up things with Brent. He was really flexible and accomodating in offering us a variety of menu options, trying to manage our budget, and working with us to navigate through COVID Protocols safely.
On the day of the wedding, amidst the whirlwind of events - we did not even realise when the food was delivered and set up (multiple times!). My husband and I only managed to meet him and connect with him after the ceremony was over!
It is truly a dream come true to have such a relaxed experience in wedding planning and logistics coordination. Especially if you consider that due to COVID, we didn't have a chance to meet them ever before the wedding day!
And the food of course was incredible. End of the day - that is still the most important aspect and we were so happy to see our party all devouring the food!
We would recommend B&W Catering whole-heartedly for all your catering needs. Their food is delicious and they infuse it with such happy vibes ! -

Brent and Whitney are awesome. First of all, they're organized, which is huge, because we worked with them from the other side of the country. Second, they were more than willing to work with us to come up with the perfect menu, to go back and forth with us on changes, and to make sure everything was allergy-friendly.
Most importantly, everything was delicious. Like, seriously delicious. Everyone is STILL raving about the food at the wedding. Not only was there something for everyone, but the family-style serving really added to the experience. We had never been to a wedding with this style of dinner service, and we both feel like it is totally the way to go. Everyone interacts at their respective tables, no one waits to be served, no one waits for their turn to head to the buffet table.
Brent and Whitney aren't just talented and professional—they're great people. They made us feel comfortable, prepared, and VERY well-fed. Endless thanks to both of you for helping us to create such a memorable evening. -

Brent and Whitney did an amazing job providing catering for our wedding. Their skill in creating a delicious custom menu of anything you could want left the guests talking about the food for weeks. I (bride) have a dairy allergy and was very concerned about finding a caterer that could accommodate me while being able to design our vision around a Lebanese/Mediterranean themed menu. The food was absolutely delicious and we were thankful to have visited Brent and Whitney's beautiful home for a tasting prior to the big day. Special shout out to the magnificent, fresh lemonades. These provided such fruity relief on a hot August day and our older guests enjoyed mixing them with various spirits. Brent, Whitney, and their wait staff were truly focused on providing the best experience possible and it was certainly noticed. The responsiveness and willingness to adjust things as we approached the wedding was sincerely appreciated. We highly recommend B+W Catering Co. for any and all events! -

Brent & Whitney were an absolute delight to work with. We were drawn to them because of their focus on using local, sustainable ingredients. Whitney was very easy to communicate with over e-mail and worked with us to design a menu with specific items we requested that was in our budget. We were fortunate to have a tasting with them in their home and truly enjoyed their company, as well as the delicious food. They were very well prepared and accommodating to our guests' dietary restrictions, including a couple of serious food allergies. We went with a cheese station and passed hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour - knowing that the bride & groom are often busy during cocktail hour, they put together a plate of all of the appetizers especially for us, which was a very kind touch. We had a family style dinner, which was absolutely delicious and our guests loved - several of them came up to tell me how much they loved the food, with quite a few saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The servers were diligent about checking in on the tables, and offered to refill platters so all of the guests at the table would be able to try the different entrees and sides. At the end of the night, Brent and Whitney had the leftovers packed up for us - a small touch that was so appreciated and fed us throughout the week! I'd highly recommend B&W Catering. -

Several weeks out and our guests are STILL raving about the food that Brett & Whitney prepared for our wedding. Brett and Whitney are absolutely incredible; a delight to work with, and a blast to brainstorm and craft a menu with. We didn’t make things easy for them, and had asked that we craft a cocktail hour menu that pulled from both my Eastern European and my wife’s Brazilian backgrounds, and then we asked that we create a dinner menu pulling from middle eastern cuisine (our favorite!) Not only were they completely unphased by our requests, but they were so excited to play around with the ingredients, ultimately putting the most delicious spins on some classic dishes (well, classic to us, that is). We were thrilled by how encouraging they were of us trying to do something a bit different. I vividly remember being at a loss for words during our initial tasting because the food was so delicious, far exceeding our expectations. The catering crew they brought along with them on wedding day was an absolute blast as well—everyone was super energetic, thoughtful, fun-spirited, and showed a true dedication for making our day feel special. After all was said and done, we had to duke it out between our bridal parties to divvy up leftovers, because everyone wanted some. We would recommend B&W catering ten times over, without any reservation (and if you end up with left overs, send them our way, because we can’t get enough of their delicious farm-to-table cooking). -

Michael Sent on 08/23/2018We hired Brent and Whitney to cater our wedding 8/4/18 and can't say enough about how amazing they were!!!! They played a big part in making our wedding perfect! From the very beginning of the process they were always quick to respond to emails, happy to make any changes to the menu and were a huuuugggeeee help with figuring out what would be needed for event rentals (tables/dinnerware/silverware etc.). The food tasted absolutely amazing and their display of the food was equally impressive! Our family and friends are still talking about all of it- how the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding, how smoothly everything went with the buffet line and how attentive and pleasant the staff was. Everyone there went above and beyond to make everything perfect, Whitney and a few of the servers even stopped in the middle of the preparation to assist me with bustling my dress since we couldn't figure it out!!!! I just can't say enough, very talented and down to earth couple and we are looking forward to our next event so we can work with them again!
