Food was tasty! All of our guests really loved it and no one was left hungry at the end of the night. Gail is well-regarded by other vendors in the area and she lived up to her reputation.

The cost was around $85 per person, but we also had to rent kitchen equipment for her team to use because our reception dinner was in a barn without a kitchen. She managed the entire rental contract (including tents and lights for the venue), which made things very easy for us.

Gail and her staff were terrific from the first moment I spoke with them until they left our home spotless after our event. Their advice was spot on. Their professionalism and helpfulness on site invaluable. And, not to be overlooked, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We ended up having over 100 people at our house, and they didn't miss a beat. It was a perfect post-wedding brunch. I wish I had another child getting married so I could do it all again. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them a second time.

We love food! It was a major factor in our wedding planning. Thyme Tables did not disappoint... many of our guests commented that it was the best meal they had ever been served at a wedding! My wife and I agree with that assessment...

We used Thyme Tables for a 60th birthday party for my mother. Gale and Jess were wonderful throughout the process, from giving us plenty of time to figure out exact numbers, to allowing us to update the menu when family members decided on different foods.
The day of the event they had everything set up and ready with a crew full of people who pay attention to the little things. The night went off without any issues thanks to them smoothing things along, and people couldn't stop coming up to me and complimenting me on the choice of caterer. Between the people running it and the food they produce you really cannot go wrong with Thymes Tables, we will not hesitate to use them again!

Gail Morin and her team are simply the best! The food was fabulous and the guests raved about how delicious everything was. Sterling staff that could not have been more responsive and courteous. Highly recommended!

Our daughter wanted her wedding to be at our home in Vermont. Thyme Tables organized everything from the tents to the coffee spoons! We had several meetings with the wonderful owner and her staff ,were given a huge amount of choice as to the menus and the overall decor etc. I cannot praise this company highly enough.The standard of service was fabulous,extremely professional and most importantly very sensitive to all our needs. The food was wonderful, presented in a beautiful way and totally delicious,earning many rave reviews from our guests.
If I had another wedding to plan I would definitely use Thyme Tables again,this is one outstanding company!

I was honestly expecting the pricing to be a little more reasonable considering the location but you will be paying for excellent quality. We were able to save in other areas to accommodate a great cocktail hour with an open bar and I would recommend Thyme Tables to anyone that can fit them in their budget.

My heart is breaking as I try to find pleasant things to say about my experience with hiring Thyme Tables for my wedding in 2020. The serving staff, particularly the bartender, was kind and gracious. I saw many clean plates after dinner. However, the positive comments about Gail's business end there. She had no desire to work within our budget and caused a lot of headaches with our rental coordination. She gave such a wildly inaccurate estimate that she asked to charge us an additional 10% after the event. The only kindness she showed us in the 2 months we worked together was slightly discounting this extra bill. For weeks she treated us like nothing more than a burden and it breaks my heart; we had been saving for years and were looking forward to having the very best local caterer at our wedding! Personally, my fiance and I felt that Gail had a negative attitude from the first meeting to the last, but we kept telling each other if the food is as outstanding as the reviews it will be worth it! Unfortunately it was absolutely not worth the high cost or the tears. It seemed most guests liked the food but my husband and I were not impressed as the paying customers. The cost of the bar service was exorbitant, and I was told by guests they ran out of soda immediately; soda was the thing I asked Gail to stock up on when she asked what people will drink the most. Just an example of the many ways Gail dropped the ball with our communications. I could deal with her rudeness but I draw the line at her unprofessional business practices, and combined with the subpar food, I woul encourage you not to hire Thyme Tables for your wedding. You will be a sad and stressed bride/groom!

We have had the food at events hosted by others, and did find it to be good quality, which is why we reached out to Thyme Tables. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience to Christina. We decided not to use this caterer after poor communication, an inflexible approach, and apparent inability to produce a complete proposal after several months. We told them we had moved on to other options, and I will let the response speak for itself. Here is an except of the email we received:

"Thank Kelly for you feed back , but from the get go , I was told by many people you and Matt always expect a bargain and I am not in the bargain business – for me to do my job and do it right , I have certain standards ., You get what you pay for .

I did not think I was a good fit you for guys . and I know the clientele that you are feeding and I had no intention to do bargain basement food ."

FYI, Budget was just one of many considerations. Excellent service and positive, helpful attitude was our #1 priority. We stated our budget up front in the very first email, at which point the vendor had the opportunity to tell us she could not work within it. We would have been flexible on budget if we had received excellent service.
