Initially we got estimates from 3 caterers, but B&T felt like the best fit for us.  From the start, Brian was clear and thorough in his estimate.  We were very pleased with the menu options and the variety available.  Despite planning during the height of COVID, Brian was able to provide a safe and private tasting. After tasting his food we knew we’d made the right choice! Delicious! The planning process was very smooth and Brian’s communication was excellent. He met us several times at the venue to go over details as our planning evolved. Best of all, he was able to provide everything on our wish list while remaining within our budget.  Everything went amazingly well. Everyone loved the food and the service was great.   Two tips:  Get the drunken shrimp and grilled cheese/tomato bisque appetizers and definitely opted for the ICE CREAM BAR!!!!  10/10!

We booked Brian and his team for our 5/9 wedding after going in for a complimentary tasting. We were instantly sold on them, didn’t even have to keep looking! They were there for every call, email and venue walk through. After COVID hit, B&Ts accommodated our new date with NO hesitation. The food was amazing - still dreaming of the lollipop lamb chops! Our guests were so happy with how nice and courteous their waitstaff and bartenders were. We really are still and will always be so happy we went with B&Ts!

Hiring B&T for our wedding was the best decision we made! Their dedication, passion, and professionalism was clear right from the tasting. The food at our wedding was absolutely delicious and our guests are still talking about much they loved everything they ate. The service was outstanding and it was clear how much the staff cared about making sure our guests were happy and satisfied. We really do not have enough words to express our gratitude for Brian and his entire team. They truly helped to make our wedding a dream come true. Highly recommend!!!

Brian did an incredible job at our recent wedding. He was so easy to work with, very capable, organized, calm and confident. And the best part was...his team made delicious food! One guest who has gone to many many weddings said it was the best wedding food she had ever had. So pleased with B&T! Highly recommend!

I cannot say nicer things about the wedding tasting that we had with Brian. The food was phenomenal- we were particularly impressed with the homemade BBQ sauce, the ancho crusted salmon with asparagus relish, and the hoisin braised short ribs. The cobbler he made us for dessert was AMAZING! Brian was very personable and made us feel comfortable. We loved that he wanted to get to know us and our vision for our day. I would definitely recommend B&T for any catering experience!

We had an amazing experience having B&T cater our wedding at Durham Hill Farm. Brian and Sheri were wonderful to work with and were always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. They made us feel comfortable and confident that everything would be taken care of on our wedding day, which it was, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was delicious, and guests kept telling us how great everything was, from the appetizers to the salad and entrees. The ice cream sundae bar that we choose for our dessert, was also a hit with our guests! The serving team was great and even made us a plate of appetizers to ensure that we got to eat some while we were taking pictures and visiting with guests, and they sent us home with plates of leftovers which we thoroughly enjoyed! I would highly recommend B&T to anyone in need of catering for a wedding or event.

Working with Brian & Sheri was a pleasure. While we ultimately were not able to use B&T due to external circumstances they were very understanding. They are stand up people and the food we had at the tasting was fantastic.

We are so happy that we found B&T through our venue. Brian is the best. Literally the best. We don't have enough words to describe how happy we were that we chose him. Our first tasting, we knew immediately that he was our guy. The food is amazing. The prices are ridiculously reasonable. Like I seriously don't understand how anyone gets away with charging more when his food is this good. When I mentioned that I had a different version of one of the foods we tasted, he asked me to share the recipe so that he could incorporate it into our day. When we mentioned that we would really like mini beef wellingtons, he made them for us. Twice. He went so far as to make ginger simple syrup for our signature cocktail! The man is amazing.

His serving staff was incredible too. They did all of the decoration for us. He asked me to send him some photos of a table laid out sort of how I was envisioning, and they did it literally EXACTLY how I pictured it. Everyone made sure we got food. They even sent people around to us specifically during cocktail hour. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer. Hire Brian. Seriously.

I couldn't write enough good things about Brian and his catering company. Seriously. I have nothing but the highest of praise and that's a lot coming from someone who has a strict vision on everything.

From the tasting (delicious) to the moment the reception started, Brian accommodated everything we threw at him. One big issues I was concerned with, was if the food at the tasting was really what it was going to taste like at the wedding. If you choose B&T Catering, you do not have to worry about this. I'm not making this up. I had multiple guests contact me afterwards to discuss the food. Literally there were people standing around the food tables at cocktail hour talking about how good it was.

So food - excellent. Price - EXCELLENT. Again, I have a vision and Brian made it happen. I had a 220 person wedding at my house and I wanted it to be upscale - not some backyard BBQ. I also wanted it tropical themed, but not so much so that the older guests wouldn't enjoy it.

Brian not only came up with a different menu for us, but he also used leaves that we grew in our backyard to decorate the bars, serving food trays, and cocktail tables. We had games, citronella candles, tiki torches, and baskets that we wanted set up around the different parts of our yard. I had specific places these items needed to go, so that guests didn't go wandered around. Brian and his team put them exactly where I asked.

Lastly, we had discussed opening the bar for family a little earlier since we had an hour in between the ceremony and reception. My dad wanted the family to be able to come back to the house and Brian came up with the idea of opening the bar for them instead of making them go to a bar to wait. 1. Great idea. 2. He's so accommodating, he just thinks of ways to get around potential issues.
