AWE Coordination offers day-of wedding coordination packages which are perfect for the bride and groom that have organized everything but need help to execute their plans on the big day. The package includes an initial consultation to create a wedding timeline and learn about your perfect day, coordination at your rehearsal, a schedule for you and your vendors, coordination of vendor setup, and final payments. The team will oversee the ceremony and reception, following the timeline and managing the event, assist the bride, family, and wedding party as needed, coordinate with photographers for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony photos, and greet and direct guests. They will also coordinate your timeline with your MC, DJ, or bandleader to ensure timely announcements are made for special moments including the toasts, first dance, and cutting of the cake, and before leaving will ensure your wedding certificate and license are safe, and all your personal belongings and gifts are packed away.
