With over 15 years of experience, Avventura is passionate about planning weddings for couples wishing for a beautifully designed and coordinated day that allows you to slow time down and enjoy a celebration unique to you and your love story. We thoughtfully plan every element of your wedding and coordinate every detail to be a true reflection of you. With our full-service planning package, we thoughtfully plan every element of your wedding and coordinate every detail to perfectly reflect you and your love. From finding the perfect venue, to styling all aspects to be a true reflection of your story, to coordinating each element of the day, we are here for you.

Keeping you in mind, we only book one full-service wedding per week, truly allowing us to be completely available.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN + COORDINATION

This package is for the couple who wishes to be really involved in all steps of the planning process, but desires support & guidance along the way. Avventura will create your planning checklists and put you in touch with the best vendors. We will be in the wings throughout the entire process, keeping you on track with planning and offering advice as you plan your dream wedding day. Complete design of your day to create a cohesive look and feel is also included in this planning package. We will also make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day!

Beautiful Design and Thoughtful Planning

Amanda, along with her company Avventura Weddings, is the most incredible wedding planner and we could not have thrown our beautiful wedding without her! We booked Amanda's Partial Planning package and from our very first meeting, I knew we had made the right decision. She is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and provides clear recommendations and direction when you need it. A year before our wedding date, our venue fell through. Amanda was the first person we called and she provided a calm perspective and helped guide us in the right direction to find another option. Thankfully it all worked out and we found a lovely alternative in Downtown Greenville. All along the way, Amanda brought her eye for design to each decision we made and helped to curate a beautiful cohesive vision. In the days leading up to the wedding, Amanda worked with us to figure out potential rain plans and walked us through all the final details. On the day of the wedding, Amanda was a welcoming sight. She pulled off all the little details of our wedding flawlessly (we had a lot of them!) and supported us and our vendors every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Amanda. Exactly the planner for us!

We opted to work with Amanda because we wanted guidance before selecting a venue, and we were drawn to Avventura's range of planning services. It was the perfect decision for us to hire Amanda as our first vendor. She helped us put together a fantastic vendor list, translate our wishes and ideas into an executed plan, kept things within our budget, and saved us money. Amanda is so gifted at creating details that convey the feeling we wanted our guests to have. And of course, the entire Avventura team was incredible on the day of the wedding, making sure everything went smoothly, from arrival and setup to breakdown. I just can't say enough good things about working with Amanda and team! Vision, creativity, organization, listening to our feedback and our requests, actually making the day look and feel like we wanted even if that meant doing something "different," I'm so thankful we worked with them.

Amanda is amazing!

Where do I begin?

I found Amanda while searching for a wedding planner in January 2021. All of the reviews that I read were glowing and, immediately after the first phone call, I could tell how invested and professional she was.

As the months passed, she was able to piece together a dream mood board for the wedding (despite my feeble attempts at describing what my vision was for the wedding) and would propose ideas that had not even crossed my mind. Every detail was discussed and meticulously planned out and I felt a great sense of relief knowing that the major vendors were booked and plans were locked in months ahead of the wedding day. She was excellent with communication and always made me aware of the status of the various vendors/plans.

On the wedding day itself, Amanda and her assistants were absolutely amazing. The venue was perfect with all operations going smoothly. The only thing I had to do was enjoy my wedding day. Amanda would also pop by every few hours to update me on the progress of the set up and assure that I was relaxed while asking if she could get me or my family anything that we needed. The day was completely perfect and seamless - and Amanda was prepared for any and everything.

Overall, she is not just a wonderful wedding planner but an amazing person. Her passion for planning and people is evident and hiring her for my wedding was the best decision I could have made! I would do it over again with no hesitation! 10/10 would recommend!

Best Decision We Made!

Hands down- the best in the business

I don’t know if I can adequately describe how vital to the success of our wedding and reception Amanda was. Her professionalism, response time, and attentiveness up to and the day of were unmatched. I, like most people, struggle with using words to describe a vision, but somehow Amanda was able to help me define my vision and make it come together in a seamless and cohesive manner. She put together an extraordinary team of the best vendors to pull off what our guests described as the most well-planned and orchestrated wedding they had ever been to. Everyone has continuously raved- not only about how much fun they had, but how successful the entire day was and how amazing Amanda was and is. If you are considering any of her services- you cannot go wrong and you will not be disappointed.

Our Wedding Couldn't Have Happened Without Avventura!

Amanda Strine of Avventura was our first hire - before we'd even set the date - and ended up being our MVP. We hired Amanda for day-of coordination as well as venue search services. She was so enthusiastic and supportive of our vision: a simple gathering focused only on our friends and family and the details that really mattered to us.
She found the perfect venue for us, a task which we tried and failed to DIY, but which Amanda handled with ease. She connected us with other great vendors and supported us as we selected and hired a great team. Every step of the way, Amanda was our touch point and our cheerleader, weighing in on our options and reminding us of what was most important to us. Our wedding day could not have come to life without the advice and guidance that she provided. With Amanda at the helm, the event went off without a hitch.
11/10 would recommend - hire Amanda!

You need Amanda for your wedding!!!

I cannot recommend Amanda enough! She was the glue that held my wedding day together! I "planned" the wedding of my dreams, assembling a team of vendors, and then Amanda turned that dream into a reality as my 90 day coordinator! Every turn on the big day she was there and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can't imagine having done my wedding without her, it was the best money we spent during the process! Thank you thank you Amanda!!

Avventura Weddings was a Godsend!

Amanda and I talked on the phone months ago to schedule our first meeting and she said “ Well, let’s make it 2 weeks from today...I’m going to have a baby in the am”. (What!?) That sunny, calm composure describes Amanda to a tee. She can handle everything with flexibility, style and grace. Her vendor suggestions were perfection- floral, food, design, photography, music.
She has amazing, thoughtful ideas and brilliantly incorporated everything I wanted to ensure my wedding was unique, memorable and executed perfectly.
On top of all that, she is adorable. Highest recommendation!!

Attentive, Professional, Personal, Kind, Laid Back

Amanda is an amazing coordinator! I have had the opportunity to work with her on multiple occasions, and she is my first option when it comes to wedding coordinator. She is attentive to details, laid back, but works incredibly hard. She makes it easy for the Brides and Grooms and allows them to focus on their day- not the nitty-gritty details that would stress them out. Having Amanda around creates a sense of peace, knowing that ALL of the details are thought through and will be taken care of! I highly recommend Amanda!

Looking for a wedding coordinator? READ THIS.

Where do i start?! If you are in the market for a wedding coordinator, do yourself a favor and stop looking now, you've found the perfect one! Amanda and her team made my wife and I's wedding everything we wanted it to be and more, she truly exceeded every expectation on all aspects. Her experience and knowledge really sets her apart and that was apparent from the first meeting, all the way up until the very last vendor left our venue and my bride and I rode off into the sunset! When i say that she took care of everything, she took care of EVERYTHING. The only thing that my wife and i had to do on our wedding day was get married and enjoy ourselves. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda, but i will highlight that she is an amazing person inside and out and truly cares about the biggest day of your life and will make sure that it is everything you want it to be. I will forever recommend Amanda and her team. Thank you so much Amanda!
