Great Experience

These two are really fantastic to work with. They are down to earth and make it easy to work on what you want for special day. When things can be such a headache preparing for the big day, the Average Joelette team is a breath of fresh air that delivers quality food and service.

Quite terrible

I had hired this vendor to cater my wedding. She worked with me when I had to change the payment plan. However, she only mentioned once very briefly that tax would be included, and did not provide an invoice at any point. When the first payment was scheduled to be made, the amount was quite a lot more than was quoted. After inquiring about that, she's said it was tax. I eventually accepted, but she had already messaged me saying that she had gone over the previous messages, and was cancelling my order. Very little explanation was given, and no notice was given before the cancellation took place. It was a very unprofessional experience. I would highly recommend not using this vendor.
