16 years later, we cherish our video more than we could imagine.

We were married on May 15, 2004. Charlie documented our rehearsal and our wedding. We loved our video when we received it but, as I sit here with my 2 kids, 16 years later, I can tell you that our video is priceless. Time has marched on. Heck, we don't even live in Colorado anymore. I am amazed at how well our video has stood the test of time. THANK YOU.

My groom and I are very happy that we were able to use Charles at Avatar Creative Services for our wedding. We had been concerned that we would not have enough budget for wedding videography, although we really wanted a basic tape of our wedding mass to save as a memory. At the last minute, I tried finding a videographer, and Charles was willing to work with our limited budget. He was very quick at responding to emails, which was necessary since it really was only a couple of days before the wedding when I contacted him. He came and videotaped our entire wedding mass, which was 1.5 hours long, and he was very friendly and funny. I hadn't expected to find someone who had more than one camera for our budget, and was willing to go for just raw footage, but Charles worked with more than one camera, and provided an edited version of our wedding mass that included multiple camera angles, as well as a short trailer-length film of the wedding. And, he even included some still shots at the end of the video which captured some angles which our photographer had not been able to get, as well as providing four copies of the wedding video and also a copy of the raw footage. It did take some weeks after the wedding to get the video, but we didn't find it an unreasonable time frame. In the end, we were very happy that we were able to preserve our wedding ceremony as a memory for an affordable price!

We worked with Charles Banks of Avatar Creative Services for our videography needs. Charles was great. He not only filmed our wedding day in its entirety but he also filmed the entire rehearsal the day before. Charles also worked with me to develop some unique touches to our wedding video including making it more like a dvd including special features and segments with behind the scenes stuff before the actual wedding ceremony & reception. In addition to Charles' skills with the video camera, he is the funniest person I've ever met which helped us and our guest to be very relaxed. He was never in the way and we almost forgot he was there so we just had a blast at the wedding. I highly recommend Avatar Creative Services to any bride looking for great work at the unbeatable prices.

Overall we were pleased with what we got. They were very professional but because we had an outdoor wedding (most likely) i think the quality suffered slightly. overall, still very pleased.

Charlie videotaped our wedding this past February and did a great job. It was outdoors (in the winter) and he captured the beauty as well as the precious moments. There is not a better videographer on the street for the price we paid. He is very reasonable and when you are on a budget like we were, we were happy to find someone willing and able to video our big day. Charlie has a great sense of humor and is different, in a nice way, then all the other videographers out there. He's not a salesman, he just wants to capture the moments you'll remember for the rest of your life. Overall we were very happy with the video, there were a couple of shots we thought the camera should have been on us versus the audience, but again he was capturing everyone that was there too. It truly was a great day and we have Charlie to thank for capturing it all!

We hadn't initially planned to get a video, but we decided at the last minute to go for it. Our video isn't the highest quality product out there, but it is excellent for the very low price we paid. Definately worth the money...it is better than we expected. It is a very professional production. Our main complaint is that Charles ended up in many of our wedding photos (including almost every single picture of our first dance). Our rating for professionalism reflects that...although that could have been an issue with our photographer.

We decided to have a video because Charles Banks' services were recommended to us, and we felt that he offered a good price for his videos. He did everything that he said he would do, and we do have a video recording of our wedding ceremony, however, we don't feel that we will share our wedding video with very many people, because he missed important aspects of our ceremony, like capturing me (the bride) walking down the aisle, he added in music we didn't want--even though we gave him the music we wanted, and the editing in general just didn't seem as well executed as it could have been.

We booked Charles Banks because we were looking for a good price for our wedding video and we felt we would get a good product because he placed a high value on referrals through good service. About a week before our wedding Mr. Banks informed us that he had double booked our date but would be sending a backup videographer. She came and videotaped but 9 months later we have yet to see our video. Mr. Banks promised us the video and a refund but now he doesn't even respond to our attempts to contact him. We are now researching small claims court but the footage of our wedding is priceless. DO NOT hire this company!
