We had an incredible experience with Jenna and her team at Avant Gardenia. We had a very specific “vibe” for our day, but not a crystal clear vision when we came to Jenna. She took the time and asked the right questions to understand what we were looking for, and then perfectly brought it to life - from design to execution. She is an expert at her craft and also has high standards for who she partners with, which we really appreciated. She handled everything including our florals, lighting, and dancefloor. We could not have asked for a prettier day, and we received compliments on the florals from nearly every guest. We’ll remember this day forever and could not have imagined it without Jenna’s Midas touch!

Jenna and the Avant Gardenia team are absolutely incredible! Jenna was the best vendor I worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jenna made me feel like I was her only client by how responsive and readily available she made herself. Her professionalism, personal care and attention to detail with every aspect of the reception (floral, linens, seating chart, chairs, dance floor, etc..) ensured that our entire vision came to life! I completely trusted Jenna and her expertise, and the end result spoke for itself. When we walked into the reception, my now husband and I were speechless! Our guest told us it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to and I owe this to Jenna and the entire Avant Gardenia team. If you are a future bride, work with Avant Gardenia and you will not be disappointed. Jenna exceeded all expectations and It was one of the best decisions I made throughout the wedding planning process.

Jenna and her team are amazing. I spoke to 15 florists when deciding which to work with, and Jenna/Avant Gradenia truly stood out from all the rest. From our first conversation, I could tell how perceptive, creative, honest and helpful she was. I could also tell how amazing her taste was! I worked with Jenna for about a year and a half leading up to our wedding, and she fully understood our vision, made great suggestions, helped us with linens decisions and executed everything beautifully. Our guests were amazed by the flowers and could not stop talking about them - the florals truly made an impact, more so than at any other wedding we'd been to. Jenna brought to life everything we'd imagined, but better. I am very particular, so this is really saying something! The quality and arrangement of the flowers, as well as the beautiful vases and candles really set Avant Gardenia apart. We were truly blown away and are so thankful to have worked with her and her team. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Jenna and her team at Avant Gardenia created stunning florals that exceeded our expectations. From the gorgeous bouquets and church florals to the exquisite florals and table settings at the reception, AG brought our vision to life. We received so many compliments, including from guests who work in the floral industry. Jenna’s approach is very tasteful and collaborative. We contracted with Jenna about a year before the wedding and details kept shifting due to COVID. Jenna adjusted, suggested enhancements (such as complimentary linens) and then implemented the final design perfectly. We enjoyed the flowers for weeks afterwards as they were so fresh. Every other wedding vendor was also excited by our choice of florist since AG has such a wonderful reputation. Thank you Jenna and team!

Jenna was so great to work with! She decorated our reception ballroom tables with beautiful floral arrangements at Hotel Baker and made all of the bouquet arrangements and boutonnières. She ensured that all of the flowers looked lush and beautiful, and came early the morning of the wedding to personally deliver them. She flawlessly executed the vision I had of classic arrangements of white roses and pops of blue (our accent color was a dusty, sky blue). She also decorated our wedding cake with cascading petals and it looked just beautiful. Everyone loved how the flowers looked and the variety of the votive candles and arrangements for the reception. Her services are very affordable and she is very responsive with emails and calls. We highly recommend Avant Gardenia for wedding services!

Jenna and the team at Avant Gardenia absolutely blew my expectations out of the water! We were referred to them my friends and I am so grateful we took their advice in going with this company. Jenna is incredibly responsive and professional on top of having the most creative mind of anyone I've ever met! I am quite possible the least creative woman alive and she took my vision and made it into reality. Walking into the ceremony and ballroom had me in tears. It was the most magical thing I've ever seen and guests were just as blown away and my husband and I. I already plan on using her for any future events we have! Highly recommend!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Jenna and Avant Gardenia for our September 1st wedding and from the very first meeting we knew they were perfect fit! We had a specific vision in mind for our florals and Jenna immediately understood what we were looking for and brought it to life. Everything was customized to be exactly what I wanted and felt so unique. It is clear that Jenna is a designer and was always thinking of the big picture "look" of our reception. She even checked in with me the day before the wedding to make sure I would like it if a particular type of flower was included in the centerpieces. She was respectful of our budget and suggested repurposing some of the table centerpieces for the ceremony decorations which worked out perfectly. On the day of, the flowers were so fresh and continued looking wonderful for a full week after the wedding! Everything from set up to take down at the end of the night went so smoothly. By hiring Avant Gardenia you are truly getting a high-end, professional, and custom experience.

After getting minimal attention and lackluster ideas from one of the big name florists in Chicago, our wedding planner, Cindy Shanhotlz, recommended Avant Gardenia for our wedding at The Langham Chicago in June 2018. From the moment I met Jenna, the owner, I knew we had found a fit. She came very well prepared to our meeting, asked the right questions, and had a ton of awesome ideas and photos. We had a second appointment with her ~3 months before the wedding in which she set up centerpieces and table decor at her studio in St. Charles She was very receptive to questions, ideas, and tweaks I made during this process. Not once did I feel bad saying that I didn't like something and she was always happy to work within our budget and solve for what would look good but was also affordable for us. We ultimately spent a little less than what we would have with the big name group but we got WAY more for our money. Highly recommend Jenna and her team.

Avante Gardenia did an awesome job on the flowers for my daughters wedding in Chicago at the Art Institute, exceeding our expectations! Jenna is truly one of the nicest and most delightful vendors to work with in the Chicago area. As an out of town customer, there was nothing she wouldn't do to accommodate us. Her conceptual vision for Floral through execution is tasteful, sophisticated and one of the nicest in Chicago. On the night of the wedding, she was personally there at all sites to make sure everything was done perfectly and so elegantly. One of the best vendors we met and had the opportunity to work with.

Jenna and her team are artists. Literal artists. Everyone commented on how beautiful my flowers were. I planned our wedding from out of state and just by talking to Jenna on the phone she was able to bring my vision together that was even better than I could imagine. I am so grateful to her and her staff for making our wedding look so beautiful. The flowers were perfect and worth every penny.
