I had the pleasure of meeting Ellen while working as a vendor at a wedding. She’s incredibly fun, informative, professional, and passionate about her craft. She warned me that Kransekake is addictive. And she was right! There was not a crumb left. And I’m sure the guests enjoyed having a unique and unexpected confection to try at the dessert table.

This is a unique wedding cake! Even though I am not Scandinavian, We loved it it. I especially love that it hides a beautiful bottle of champagne!! What fun! It is also gluten free!! I have allergies. This is so good it is addictive. It's like having cake and cookie all at the same time. My favorites! Ellen is amazing and really customized her confection just for us! She even made the delivery fun! A must have at any event!
