I make Norwegian Almond Wreath Cake which is perfect for the head table. It's delicious, gluten free and hides a bottle of champagne. It can be decorated with all sorts of fun things, including lights. I also individual guest cakes, center pieces and "goodie" baskets for center pieces. The name of this cake in Norway is Kransekake.

Ellen is so accommodating and has fresh ideas even with a traditional product! She has encouraged using these as center pieces, They stand over a bottle of champagne or a beautiful liqueur of your choice! So much fun! I personally am glad it is gluten free! The only cake I can eat! We dip it in the liqueur! Yum!
