Dawn and the staff at August E's were wonderful for our Christmas wedding. Everything from the tasting to the rehearsal dinner to the AMAZING food stations and champagne cocktails at our reception. She worked with my husband's family on their rehearsal dinner budget and got it down to what they wanted without sacrificing on the great food, drinks, and service. Great establishment to work with on all fronts! Dawn even offered us a free dinner on our anniversary, which we will definitely take her up on!

August E's catered our wedding dinner at the Hoffman Haus and the food was amazing! We went with the Texas Gaucho Carving Station meal and weeks later guests are still raving about the venison crepes, the meats, the bacon-wrapped quail, the yummy homemade sauces/chimichurri, and the five cheese mac and cheese. Dawn and her staff were amazing to work with and we can't wait to come back to Fredericksburg for our anniversary so we can dine at their restaurant. The food and presentation were above and beyond what we wanted and the price was more than reasonable. We're so happy that we chose August E's to cater our special day!
