I absolutely loved this limo service. It took me over a year to find an affordable SUV limo that meeted all my needs. This company was by far the cheapest for the Excursion SUV limo. I had requested the most experienced driver so that I did not have to worry about young, crazy drivers on the day of my wedding. The limo arrived exactly on time and was prepared exactly how I liked it. The driver was extemely courteous and professional. He helped me with my flowers, train and assisting me in and out of the limo. They allowed unlimited stops in the 5 hours we reserved them so we were able to take pictures at multiple sites. Everything went exactly as planned and the driver stuck to the time limit. He made sure to get us where we needed to be so there would be no overage on time/money. Tip was included in the price which was a great plus, unlike many other companies. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Leading up to my wedding, I had full faith that I would not have to worry a thing about our limo service. I was very wrong. I had very positive experiences working with the office staff. They confirmed all of our limo stops/locations two weeks before my wedding. I figured we were set but the day of my wedding, I got a driver who was clueless about where he needed to go and the addresses for each location. He claimed he didn't know where to go because "he wasn't familiar with the area." Isn't that what I paid him for? He took the longest route possible to get to my church then he drove right past it. My girls were giving him directions. After he dropped us off, the instructions I gave to the office staff were to go pick up the groom and groomsmen from the nearby hotel to bring them to the church. He had no idea and parked his limo in the church parking lot. My bridesmaids once again had to inform him what to do as well as give him directions to the hotel -- all of which I had emailed to the office staff. The plus side was that he was on time to pick us up. Our driver was by far the worst part of my wedding day. Thankfully, it was such a small part of my day and didn't ruin much except a few pictures we weren't able to get because the guys didn't arrive until less than 20 minutes before the ceremony began.

My husband and I booked with Athena's just a month before our spring wedding in April. We actually had a coupon that you can get in the mail, and it was for a 14 passenger expedition limo for $494, with a 3 hour minimum.
We requested for the limo to be at the church at 4pm, and did NOT see the limo waiting for us in the parking lot at that scheduled time.....wth? REALLY?!?! That was even after we took all of our pictures at our church! It was around 4:15, and I remember I actually called the toll free number asking where TF our limo was. As I was waiting on hold, a rep got on the phone, and someone saw our limo turning into the parking lot. It was just a big turnoff that they were late, ESPECIALLY ON OUR WEDDING DAY! The driver also didn't know where he was going, EVEN THOUGH I told them the two locations that they had to drive to. What was the point of asking me on the phone when I first booked then?
But, there were some ooookay things about it. A good thing was that all 14 people fit in the limo, we drove around for a bit and got to relax, and everyone enjoyed it.

The limo was in good condition and stocked with beverages, the driver showed up on time for the pick up....HOWEVER TOTAL UNPREPARED FOR THE RIDE HOME. He did'nt realize we had booked him for the way home...however they had already charged my credit card for the round-trip.

Booked with Athena Limo Service for our wedding--to take us from the ceremony site to the reception site. Both limos arrived. One was fine, but the a/c was broken in the other limo. The primary limo driver was so accommodating and continued to apologize and tried to make other arrangements, while the other driver (broken a/c) smoked and yelled at the primary driver. We ended up leaving that limo behind, and some of the bridal party had to ride with the photographers. I called for a refund once and was told that the special events coordinator would need to help me. I left a message; no response. I called again, and I was told that they'd get back to me after they look through the files and sorted out how much needed to be refunded. I emailed to confirm our phone conversation, and the special events coordinator said that the man I spoke with before would need to make the final decision... No follow-up. I emailed a week later (early morning today), but I didn't get a response. I had to call just now, and the man said that he thinks the check was sent out yesterday, but if not, they'll send it out today.
I admit they provide affordable prices, but it's not worth it if the management is not providing good customer service. The only reason I am giving more than half a star in each category is because of the primary driver who was so accommodating.
