From our engagement shoot to our rehearsal dinner through our wedding day, she brought amazing enthusiasm, warmth, and energy that constantly lifted our spirits. Her smile and excitement were infectious, and she had this incredible ability to keep us calm in all the right moments. It honestly felt like Astrid was an old friend who was just as happy and excited for us as any of our wedding guests — except that she was also an unbelievably talented professional photographer. She has an incredible talent for capturing beautiful, authentic moments without ever making us feel like we were under a microscope. Taking photos with her was also just so much fun — my husband and I loved taking wedding day photos with her. And her work is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I were totally wow’ed when we got back our photos; they were so stunning, authentic, happy, and beautiful. So many of our friends and family members have asked us who our wedding photographer was and how on earth we found her because she was so, so good. (One friend in particular told me before they even book a venue, they want to confirm Astrid is free that day because having her as their wedding photographer is just that important.) She also got us back our photos SO quickly — waking up after our rehearsal dinner to see gorgeous photos from the night before (previews of course) was the best surprise ever, and we had so many amazing previews right away; the full album landed in our inbox in what felt like no time. All that to say, Astrid’s artistic talent is truly exceptional, and she was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. I can’t imagine a better wedding photographer!

Let me first start off by saying Astrid is an incredible photographer you can just tell from the moment you enter her website! When I first saw her website I was blown away. I had talked to a couple of other photographers before but wasn't impressed yet. Everything changed when I talked to Astrid. She picked her phone up immediately when I called, which is something I was surprised and excited about that.

From the moment we spoke something just clicked. She was a type A gal like me. That night I had a written up contract already waiting for me when I got home. I was both surprised and impressed was once again. She was in a conference I believe in California for work, yet still had the time to send me a contract that day, incredible again!

I met Astrid and once again was blown away by how professional she was and also how much she put my mother at ease.

The day of the wedding she showed up exactly on time with two assistance which was very exciting! She had so many wonderful suggestions. I will say the thing about her that really shined to me was how personal she was to my husband.

My husband is a very introverted type of person who doesn't like his picture taken. Astrid put him at ease and he actually enjoyed getting his picture taken! I have been with my husband for 8 years and have never seen him so relaxed before. I was shocked and so happy that she was able to do this.

We have only gotten our sneak previews so far, which we got in less than 10 days! The pictures were so beautifut. Words don't do them justice. Once I get the rest I will post them on wedding wire.

My now-husband and I knew from the moment we started planning our wedding that, other than the venue, nothing was more important to us than finding the right photographer. We narrowed it down to a list of three (thanks Instagram!) and decided to reach out to Astrid first because we’d recently had an absolutely delicious cocktail of that name and took it as a sign. And fate it was. From the first moment we started to correspond with Astrid, to our initial meeting, to the wedding day itself, we knew we were in the very best hands. She is responsive, professional, unassuming but confident in her skills and experience, kind, and above all, talented. Our photos are absolutely stunning and capture the joy we felt on our wedding day perfectly. Astrid and her team also have the ability to coax beautiful photos from all settings. Our “getting ready” photos are just as evocative as the riotous photos of the dance floor. (And both of my attendants are very camera shy but she managed to get so many unselfconscious photos of them!) Even the staged shots and portraits have a luminous and dynamic quality that elevate them beyond anything I could have expected. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a photographer who will deliver timely, gorgeous photos and do so with warmth and style, Astrid is likely the perfect photographer.

We loved working with Astrid on our wedding day! Our photos turned out so beautifully!! She made me feel so comfortable and natural while taking our portrait photos and she was able to capture SO many amazing candid moments from our ceremony and reception, while completely blending in. So much so that while looking through the pictures from our Hora dance, my husband commented "she was in the middle? How did she not get trampled!" She was also very flexible to work with! We chose not to do an engagement photo session but wanted to meet with her before our bid day - so she came to our rehearsal dinner instead! I would absolutely recommend her and can't wait to work with her again at my sister in-law's wedding next year!

Astrid was not only an amazing photographer for our wedding day, but also a great friend throughout the process. Her photos caught every bit of excitement and emotion that I was feeling that day, and I get to relive it by looking at them. I am so glad we found her!

Astrid was so easy to work with. She and her assistant worked seamlessly together and were able to capture the moments my daughter and her fiancé wanted at their wedding. We took 100's of photos and engaged for 10 hours. Never once did they let down during the day and we are so happy with the sneak peek we have seen so far. Excellent work!!!!
