I was looking for Indian wedding invitations that I didn't have to order from India and found this company in Elgin. At first it was going great, the owner came over and showed us a bunch of samples. We placed our order and he said it would take 2 weeks from when I approved the proofs. I approved the proofs and received my invitations. The problem was, it was missing items that I ordered. It didn't have the pre printed return envelopes and the return address was not printed on the main envelope as requested. I talked to him about these things at he told me it was my mistake not his. Finally my mom stepped in and got the return envelopes but he would not get the addresses printed on the main envelopes, we finally found out it was because these were done in India and he couldnt actually fix the problem here. It took him 2 weeks to tell us this. The whole time he told me it was my fault. I should have just ordered from India!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Praful Shantilal Shah takes orders, says for days I'll send order and never does. He even changed the wording without telling me. I had to tell him the correction 5 times but he kept forgetting. Not only did he not fullfil his order and not ship, he didn't even refund full amount. His son, Kuldeep Shah, even refused to acknowledge he knows him. His relatives even said he is a fraud. No professionalism what so ever. Doesn't understand what time commitment is. Better off getting something from Amazon but avoid this guy like he's cancer. Don't believe me? Just read the other reviews.

Please do not use this person. He quotes one price and then doubles the price at time of finalizing the sale. He does not keep his word. He then took our design and posted it on his website without our information with all of our personal information. He used to have a bus company before which my in laws used - his bus broke down at our destination with 100 people that we were responsible for. This guy started ignoring our calls and sent a bus 36 hours later with a broken bathroom. Please do not hire this guy for anything.
