We bought my engagement ring, sapphire wedding band, and a special custom ring for my seven year old. They were always great (though not always timely with phone calls), but I have to give them mad props for the way they handled the child's ring. They not only took a lot of time with us finding something perfect, the manager put a rush on the order for no extra charge! She was extremely nice.
