Emily and the whole AWG team were amazing! After having multiple unexpected vendor changes we quite literally would not have ended up with the beautiful wedding we had without Emily. Her wealth of connections in the city was unmatched; before she called to inform us about the last vendor change (florist) she had already reached out to multiple others inquiring about availability and their ability to match the price we had in our original quote before even calling us to tell us about the cancellation. It was then I was SURE we made the right choice going with Emily. She responds to emails and texts promptly and is an excellent resource to have in your corner when interviewing and working with your selected vendors. She is respectful of budgets and is very creative to work with what you’re willing to spend.

The day of Emily had a wonderful team with her that handled a punctured water pipe (and pouring rain) during tent installation so well my husband and I didn’t even know it happened until several days after the fact. Everything went to schedule and, most importantly, my husband and I were able to just enjoy our day knowing Emily and her team could handle it all.

Emily is also a registered travel agent which was so handy. She handled all of the hotel block bookings and helped us plan our Italian honeymoon we’re going on in the spring!

Emily was a joy from start to finish. She was hired as our planner for a small friends and family wedding. She made sure we hit all of our deadlines and decorated beautifully the day of. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, you should and you should hire Emily! Throughout the whole planning experience she was so kind, courteous, helpful, and patient. She always had great ideas and suggestions. There was never any question or problem that was too big or small! Our venue manager bailed on us the day of our wedding and Emily and her team stepped in and took over extra responsibilities on top of their own AND working in a venue they had never worked in and they handled it with such grace and ease-no one was any the wiser. She lifted so much stress and anxiety from our plates and our day. I can’t imagine how I could have gotten through our planning and day of experience without her. It was easily the best decision we made for our wedding, as we were actually able to enjoy and be present in the best day of our lives because we had her! We are eternally grateful to her and her team for helping make our day so beautiful!! And now we get to work with her in planning our honeymoon!

Emily is AMAZING! I’m not a person that had everything planned out, and I can be indecisive. Emily was really kind, patient, and with me every step of the way. She has so much knowledge and professionalism wrapped into a genuine personality. I felt confident everything was going to be beautiful and run smoothly. On the day of the wedding, her and her team were the best thing I could have asked for. If anything went wrong, I wasn’t aware. Everyone loved everything and that was largely due to her. Emily is amazing!! She is very organized and easy to work with. Whenever I needed something, she was quick to respond and took off stress by communicating with all my vendors for me. Not only did she make the planning process easy, but helped tie up loose ends the month of the wedding. She made a checklist to ensure I had everything for my big day. Emily is hands down amazing and genuinely the best money we spent for our wedding. She is everything you want in a planner- kind, warm, friendly, and completely even keeled and unflappable. Nothing stresses her out!

We rescheduled our wedding twice because of COVID, and we moved our wedding between 2 Catholic churches that each have their required coordinator. Generally, this can be really stressful because those coordinators are making sure you're following the rules of the church and really strict about outside help. Emily was phenomenal making sure I got what I wanted while preserving those relationships, and worked with us as we changed dates and had to communicate that to vendors and in some cases find new ones. She was just so unbelievably helpful and reduced the stress in that situation so much.

Emily and her team crushed it! Prior to the wedding we had hammered out all the details and she created an extremely detailed spreadsheet, which she shared with vendors. She contacted all vendors prior to the wedding to iron out any unasked questions, using her expertise and experience to make sure that nothing was left out. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were a dream. They got there early, set everything up and make sure the vendors knew where they needed to be and when. The wedding day had no hiccups or problems because of their organization and poise. And they made sure we always had drinks in our hands! Emily and her team do so much to minimize the stress on the bride, it was incredible! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Emily and the team was great! I could not ask for a better planner to keep things organized and she was on top of everything. I didn't hear about one thing that went wrong during the day and kept me completely stress free through the entire process. She was also great when offering advice.
