When purchasing they were great- when a problem arose they were horrible! Trying to charge new warranty fees, additional fees to repair prongs that were faulty and wear form the purchase- more than worth it to buy somewhere else that will back their product- HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM- they do NOT back their products- you will be w/o your wedding bands fearful of your diamonds falling out!

I bought my husband's wedding band from them and the service was beyond awful and brought me to TEARS more than once. First they tell me it will be no problem to drill into the ring and put a diamond on top. When I went to pick up the ring, the workmanship is HORRENDOUS, and they then tell me they shouldn't have drilled into this type of metal. SO WHY WOULD THEY? AND the ring is in the wrong size. My husband then chooses another ring and they vendor measures his ringer to double check the size. The manager of the store then tells me since I MESSED UP THE SIZE ( THEY DID!!! TWICE!) That I have to pay for extra shipping and that I have to return the earrings I bought with the left over money I bought because they second ring was cheaper. I made a complaint to the owner and didn't have to do any of that but it was HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM.
