NP events know how to throw a party and deliver! Natasha and Ankit are super hands-on throughout the whole process and extremely knowledgeable. As a detail-oriented bride, I loved that they both focused on literally every single thing; some, I wasn't even aware of or thinking about! The whole team is super professional and highly experienced in executing large events, especially South Asian weddings, which are like a genre of their own. Our wedding went so smoothly because NP had everything handled behind the scenes. It was EPIC, to say the least.

We found our head planner Ankit and his team after a not so great experience with our original wedding planner. From the jump he was extremely approachable, accessible, and knowledgeable about the wedding process/vendors/timelines and made us feel well taken care of. Through almost a year and half he frequently checked in on us to make sure we were on top of tasks and offered great recommendations and negotiations with vendors through his numerous connections. His team learned all the logistics and intricacies of our tamil hindu wedding and made sure to extensively prep timelines in the weeks to come with a level of detail that we did not even realize was necessary but made all the difference to keep everything on track. Closer to our wedding day. our head coordinator Meeta and her day of coordinators ran the show and made sure to have all the moving parts running smoothly and keeping everyone on time. She was also very kind and patient with all of our parent's questions and concerns. Really appreciate the Aria team and the high level of quality service they provide to make sure we never felt alone in this process!

Hiring Aria Events as our day-of wedding planners was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We wish we had hired them from the very beginning of the planning process!
We began working with the team about three months before our wedding. They scheduled biweekly phone calls with us to go over every detail of the wedding and were also helpful in giving advice when we were having issues with other vendors.
We first met with Ankit who got us and our parents on the same page about the planning process, and helped us understand exactly what we needed to do going forward.

Both of them were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and caring throughout the entire weekend. Their ability to manage the fast pace and complexity of a multi-event Indian wedding while maintaining such a calm and positive presence was incredibly impressive.

Not enough words for how amazing this team is!! We literally felt so calm and stress free on our wedding day because of them. When we first started the wedding planning process my partner and I chose a different wedding planner whom we had thought fit our needs and wants. She was my go to person all weekend. Namita was also essential for keeping my husband on time and tending to his needs. Krishna helped with all the little details.
