NP events know how to throw a party and deliver! Natasha and Ankit are super hands-on throughout the whole process and extremely knowledgeable. As a detail-oriented bride, I loved that they both focused on literally every single thing; some, I wasn't even aware of or thinking about! The whole team is super professional and highly experienced in executing large events, especially South Asian weddings, which are like a genre of their own. Our wedding went so smoothly because NP had everything handled behind the scenes. It was EPIC, to say the least.

We booked Aria before we even had our venue, and from day one, Ankit was there for us every step of the way. He is truly the best! No matter when I called, he always picked up the phone, answered every one of my questions so thoroughly, and somehow always had a solution. Our coordinators were just as incredible. Nami did an amazing job creating a detailed timeline and making sure everything stayed on track throughout our wedding week. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure every detail was executed exactly as planned. Namita, Taylor, Sesha, and Heena were absolutely amazing as well. They were always checking in on us not just during our events, but throughout the entire weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. Ankit & the Aria team anticipated things before we even had to ask, handled every little detail behind the scenes, and made the entire experience completely stress free. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew they had everything under control. They are all so kind, hardworking, and incredibly quick on their feet.

Aria Events was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process.

We met with Ankit shortly after getting engaged, and from day one, he guided us through every step with regular check-ins, thoughtful follow-ups, and invaluable industry expertise. As we got closer to the wedding, especially in the final 90 days, his support became absolutely indispensable. He advocated for us, helped us navigate decisions with confidence, and ensured we were always set up for success. His knowledge of the industry and ability to anticipate challenges made all the difference.

Then we met our coordinators- Nami, Krishna, Risita, Shivani, Maalvi, and Heli- and they were nothing short of superheroes. Together with Ankit, they formed the most incredible team. They somehow always had exactly what we needed before we even realized we needed it. Whether it was coffee during a long day, protein bars because I mentioned my fiancé gets hungry, touch-ups before important moments, or simply moral support when emotions were running high, they were always there.

What stood out most was how genuinely invested they were in us. They became more than planners and coordinators, they became friends!!! They advocated for our vision with other vendors, kept everything organized, and made us feel completely supported throughout the process.

We hosted a large four-day wedding celebration in New York City, and somehow everything ran seamlessly. Looking back, we can honestly say that Aria Events played a huge role in making that happen. Their professionalism, attention to detail, dedication, and care exceeded every expectation.

We found our head planner Ankit and his team after a not so great experience with our original wedding planner. From the jump he was extremely approachable, accessible, and knowledgeable about the wedding process/vendors/timelines and made us feel well taken care of. Through almost a year and half he frequently checked in on us to make sure we were on top of tasks and offered great recommendations and negotiations with vendors through his numerous connections. His team learned all the logistics and intricacies of our tamil hindu wedding and made sure to extensively prep timelines in the weeks to come with a level of detail that we did not even realize was necessary but made all the difference to keep everything on track. Closer to our wedding day. our head coordinator Meeta and her day of coordinators ran the show and made sure to have all the moving parts running smoothly and keeping everyone on time. She was also very kind and patient with all of our parent's questions and concerns. Really appreciate the Aria team and the high level of quality service they provide to make sure we never felt alone in this process!

They made sure we were well fed and hydrated (much needed when you are greeting 300 guests and dancing the night away). Not only did they attend to us, but they also made sure our parents and grandparents had everything they needed. Hiring Aria Events as our day-of wedding planners was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We wish we had hired them from the very beginning of the planning process!
We began working with the team about three months before our wedding. They scheduled biweekly phone calls with us to go over every detail of the wedding and were also helpful in giving advice when we were having issues with other vendors.
We first met with Ankit who got us and our parents on the same page about the planning process, and helped us understand exactly what we needed to do going forward.
After that, our main point of contact was Risita, who was wonderful. She was very detail oriented and made us feel confident nothing would fall through the cracks.
On the wedding days themselves, we worked with Risita, Vaidehi, and Dharmesh, and they all made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule. Because of them, we were actually able to fully enjoy both days of our wedding instead of stressing about logistics — and our families were able to enjoy themselves too.

Their ability to manage the fast pace and complexity of a multi-event Indian wedding while maintaining such a calm and positive presence was incredibly impressive.

Not enough words for how amazing this team is!! We literally felt so calm and stress free on our wedding day because of them.
