As a detail-oriented bride, I loved that they both focused on literally every single thing; some, I wasn't even aware of or thinking about! When we first started the wedding planning process my partner and I chose a different wedding planner whom we had thought fit our needs and wants. Unfortunately, as months and then a year went by it became very clear the planner we had chosen was not looking out for us or wanted what was best for our wedding.

With under 2 months to go, my partner and I made the decision to let go of our current planner. Thankfully Ankit and Aria Events saved the day and our event! We were able to get in touch with Aria Events, and in less than 45 days, they helped deliver the wedding exactly as we envisioned it. Ankit even helped us book vendors we didn't even know we needed, even in the short time remaining. Their attention to detail is truly incredible, including them sending us MANY questions, some of which we didn't even realize we needed answers to. Ankit and Meeta were always available when we needed them and we never felt uncomfortable reaching out to them about anything. On the day of the event, the entire Aria Events team was one step ahead of everything, making sure our every need was met and every part of the day proceeded as we expected. We had first heard about Aria events from the high praises our friends had given them. Hiring Aria was hands down the best decision we made. Ankit was super helpful and resourceful whenever we had questions or connecting us to vendors. Meeta was incredible as our team lead, she was available at all times to answer any of our questions and she made the weeks leading up to our wedding less stressful and manageable.

During our wedding weekend, Meeta was always right there making sure our needs were met and made sure everything ran on time. Especially when I decided I was bored with Raas and asked her to change the schedule on the spot. I cannot say enough about my bridal attendant Risita, she is incredible!! I am so thankful she was my attendant because she made my anxiety and stress disappear. From the multiple attempts at getting my nose ring to stick to listening to me vent. She was my go to person all weekend. Namita was also essential for keeping my husband on time and tending to his needs. Krishna helped with all the little details. You won’t find vendors that care more about your wedding than you do, but I’ll be honest, this group cared about my wedding like it’s their own family’s wedding. Coming into the wedding I didn’t know Ankit and his team, but by the time our wedding was done, I felt like I could call them ‘my people.’ As a Gujarati family, finding planners that know our Hindu traditions and values was so helpful, it really offloaded the stress on our parents, it let them enjoy the weekend.

Malvi runs a tight ship, but she was so patient when listening to me and my parents and all of our crazy/indecisive ideas. Vaidehi, Prital, and Nami were so attentive and caring, they made sure we were surviving our wedding, but, they did it all with so much kindness and grace. And, Ankit was the best hype man out there, he was so helpful finding amazing vendors. I could go on and on about Aria Events. I’m so grateful that we found this gang!! 🤍🤍🤍
