NP events know how to throw a party and deliver! Natasha and Ankit are super hands-on throughout the whole process and extremely knowledgeable. As a detail-oriented bride, I loved that they both focused on literally every single thing; some, I wasn't even aware of or thinking about! The whole team is super professional and highly experienced in executing large events, especially South Asian weddings, which are like a genre of their own. Our wedding went so smoothly because NP had everything handled behind the scenes. It was EPIC, to say the least.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Ankit and the Aria team from day zero of our planning process. From finding a venue that we loved, finding vendors that would make our dreams come true, it was all facilitated by Ankit and his team. It got to the point where we truly felt like we could trust his recommendations blindly and not worry about a single thing.

Then there came the wedding week. I was genuinely MIND BLOWN at how incredible Ankit’s team was. I don’t even have the words to describe how unbelievable Neha, Taylor, Priya and Karan were. Anything my husband and I needed or wanted, the team either thought of it first or they were there with it within minutes. They are the core reason we had the best weekend of our lives. We had 200+ family and friends coming up to us telling us how mind blown they were with the team, the attention to detail, the thoughtfulness, and how absolutely FUN they were! We hired Aria for day of coordination about 4 months prior to our Indian wedding and reception. We worked with Meeta to do our event schedule almost weekly leading up to our event. She was great at keeping us on track and asking all the right questions so that we didn't forget anything that had to be in our timelines. As far as the actual day, the whole team, led by Meeta, absolutely knocked it out of the park. Yasmin was an extremely attentive bridal attendant - carrying around my backup shoes, my phone, helping me with my dupatta and even carrying around straws so that I didn't mess up my lipstick :). She really made sure I didn't have to worry about the small things so that I could focus on getting married. We heard so many compliments from our friends and family about how smoothly the events ran, everything being on time, and our ceremony even ended earlier than planned. The team was a great help to our closest family - making sure our parents and siblings knew what time photos started, where they had to meet and collecting items that had to be staged for the ceremony. Meeta, Yasmin and Pinal were a dream team and we can't say enough great things.

From the very beginning, Ankit walked us through every step of acquiring vendors. He guided us on which vendors would best fit our vibe and budget, and even helped make the introductions. He followed up every week on our progress and was ALWAYS available to text or hop on a call. We never once felt like we couldn’t ask for help.

As we got closer to the wedding, we met Nami, who was INCREDIBLE. She outlined every minute of all our events, scheduled weekly calls with us, and even FaceTimed with our parents to go over details. There were so many things happening behind the scenes that Nami and Ankit handled—communicating with vendors, ensuring everyone followed the timeline, and managing the bridal party and family members—so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They truly took care of it all.

On the day of the wedding, we worked with Nami, Namita, Priya, Esha, and Pinal, and I can’t thank them enough. Priya and Namita were our attendants, and they were glued to our sides—whenever we needed anything, they were right there. I had very high expectations for our day-of coordinators, especially when it came to attention to detail and punctuality. I was worried it wouldn’t work out the way I envisioned and had trouble letting go of control—but somehow, the Aria team met every single expectation and even exceeded them! Every time I asked whether something was set up or dropped off by a vendor, it was already taken care of.

Our wedding would not have been anywhere near what it was without them. They are the most dedicated and caring team. Several family members even commented on how amazing and helpful they were. Aria Events made all our wedding dreams come true—and thanks to them, we were actually able to relax and enjoy our big day!

We hired Aria Events for partial planning for our Indian-American hybrid wedding, and they were incredible from start to finish!

They helped us find great vendors (and even negotiated rates), and about a month before the wedding, they really took charge — building out a detailed timeline and meeting with us 1–2 times a week to make sure everything was covered. On the wedding day, we had a full team of five coordinators who kept everything running smoothly.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Aria Events! Meeta was very meticulous and made sure we had every detail squared away leading up to the wedding weekend, including things we wouldn’t have even thought of. This made us feel very much at ease during the day itself and allowed us to really enjoy the time with our family and friends. They even helped us navigate a few hiccups during the day that would have been difficult to do without their assistance. On top of all that, their whole team (Meeta, Risita, Meha, Yasmin, and Esha) were so sweet and supportive the whole time and really felt like friends more than anything else. They even took a bunch of “behind the scenes” pictures and sent to us later, which were so special to go through and have. We truly can’t say enough amazing things about Aria Events. My husband and I got married in NYC over Labor Day Weekend 2025. From the very first conversation to the final moments of our big day, the entire team went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect.

Our events specifically had many logistical challenges being in NYC - our sangeet venue was a completely empty space (we had to bring everything in - rentals, alcohol, food, ice) and our baraat was on a sailboat in Chelsea Piers. We had a few unexpected surprises from other vendors as well. Ankit and his team handled everything so well and we could not have asked for a better weekend.

- A special thank you to Ankit, who spent months planning with us — he treated us not just as clients, but as friends. He was honest, thoughtful, and always professional. His calm presence, guidance, and genuine care made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. He answered every question immediately - he is SO on top of every single detail. He was always 10 steps ahead.
- Malvi was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure every element was just right. She always took her time to talk us through the timelines, offering advice based on her expertise but always accommodated our requests.
- Prital and Neha were constantly checking in on us throughout the day — making sure we were comfortable, calm, and enjoying ourselves. Prital even got a stubborn espresso martini stain off my husband's tuxedo shirt within SECONDS. Their attentiveness meant the world to us.

The dream team - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Aria Events and we are so thankful to the team for helping us plan and execute our wedding from start to finish. 

To start with, Ankit went above and beyond!! From helping us with vendor recommendations, staying on top of deliverables and timelines, solving issues and making sure every detail was taken care of. He was super easy to talk to, available whenever we needed him which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. Even though Aria was not local to us, Ankit always knew someone to help us resolve delicate vendor situations.
 
Our head coordinator, Malvi, is truly a star! There’s nothing Malvi can’t do; she’s down to earth, organized, calm under pressure, always available and can handle last-minute issues. Our regular check-ins leading up to the wedding were a life-saver in keeping us on track. Knowing Malvi was overseeing every detail gave us complete peace of mind to fully enjoy our wedding. Even with last minute vendor hiccups - Malvi was there to save the day! From linen colors, table layouts/ arrangements, florals, welcome signs, favors to name a few.

And I can’t say enough about Vaidehi, our bridal attendant - she is gem! She was by my side the entire weekend, anticipating every little thing I might need (from safety pins to fans to ensuring we were fed and hydrated). Vaidehi - thank you for taking the stress away and making sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and able to just soak in the moment.

The full team, including Vrunda and Prital, worked tirelessly around the clock. They are exceptional at what they do, and we are beyond grateful for their professionalism, care, and dedication. Our wedding day was everything we imagined (and more), and we would recommend them above anyone else.
